Just some shameless advertising for a great bowl Pool.
We do a bowl here that was won by GP's Slam last year.
You pick all the bowl games, circling the winner.
You then rank them 1-32 with 32 being the game you think is the highest probability of winning, the next highest 31, all the way down to 1.
The 1 bowl game is the one you are least sure of who's going to win.
Anyways, for every game that you correctly predict the winner, you get the points assigned to that game.
Tie breaker is the total points in the BCS national championship.
This bowl pool is in it's 8'th year of existence. All monies that go in go back to the pool. There is a complete listing of the pool in Gotpicks Cash Contests. Any questions hit me up.
You can pay for your bowl pool bypaypalling Ricky or sending Western Union, or by snail mail.
NOTE: ALL ENTRIES MUST BE PAID BEFORE THE FIRST GAME GOES OFF.

Hope that a few of you were able to take advantage of some easy winners Sat. TROY St. ( do hate that Fla.Itl. scored in the last minute to make it look closer that it was) & New Mex. St. sweet ! Also 2-1 on leans.

worried that the pub might be all over Carolina. will see how the line reacts as the day moves on before i make a play. in the meantime, just wanted to point out some stats that i think someone mentioned last week. basically, dogs have fared well on the sunday night game, followed by favs on monday night. the last seven weeks:
Seattle dog (+5) won outright last night; Tonight TBD
Indy (fav) won last Sunday, followed by Seattle (fav) Cover or Push
San Diego (dog) won outright followed by Jacksonville (cover -4)
Bears (dog +1) won outright followed by Carolina (fav) cover -10
Indy (Dog +3) won outright over NE followed by Seattle (Fav) cover -7
Dallas (Dog +5) won outright over Car followed by NE (Fav) cover -1 (won by 24)
Minny (Dog +6) won outright over Seattle followed by Giants (Dog +3) win outright

I've been using this NBA TEAM totals system the last week or so that has been doing GREAT for me so I posted one of the plays on Saturday, and of course it was my first loss. There's another one tonight.

Hi Guys,
Disappointing day yesterday going 1-2-1 in posted NFL plays. I usually like to play the spread, but tonight’s game could go either way. I think the o/u is a better play and I’m on the under. Delhomme’s struggles will continue as Eagles secondary should be able to limit Smith - so the Panthers will likely rely more on their running game that will eat the clock. The Panthers’ pass defense (8th in the league) should also be able to hold down Garcia despite the success he had in his first game filling in for McNabb. Look for Westbrook to get a lot of carries.
