As i said on Tuesday...I am hammering the game tonight...WHY??? Becuase Louisville is going to bury Rutgers tonight...No let down here, this is for a possible shot at the National Title...Home FIeld Advantage?? Not worried about it...Louisville will just score score score.....

The line is at 7 right now....It went from 6.5 yesterday to 7.5 earlier tonight back to 7....I will book it at 7 and buy it down to 6.5. I will be on the first half as well and will post that line when it is out.

    LOUISVILLE CARDINALS------- -6.5

    LOUISVILLE CARDINALS ------ First Half

    GOOD LUCK BOYS!

In reference to my above listed plays, I want to elaborate some....For about the past 5 days I have been cold...ICE COLD. I found myself over analyzing numbers and stats...Now, I know they are useful but it seems I have been thinking myself right out of winners!!! Alot of you guys are good with the numbers aspect and I have been trying really hard to crunch the numbers and pick the winner....I can assure you that since Monday NIght, the only numbers I have crunched were my bankroll and I blame myself soley because I over analyzed....Sometimes you go with your gut, your first instinct AND YOU CERTAINLY GO WITH THE IRON. I ignored the numbers last Thursday and I will ignore them tonight...I do not care about the public, the line movement, trends of any sort.... This is straight from the gut.....There are never any guarantees but I liked this game from weeks ago...The Cardinals are explosive and I am relying on them to score fast and score often and remain undefeated.....

I guess I will name this game....

    BIGMESSYGUTPLAY #1 LOUISVILLE -6.5 (B.M.G.P 0-0 YTD)

PS...I dedicate this game to MRLASVEGAS69

No need to talk about how overrated rutgers is. Louisville should win this game by at least 2 touchdowns. I got them yesterday at 6.5. Probably the most confident I've been about a game in a long time so if Louisville doesn't cover, I'm retiring.

LOUSIVILLE -6.5 (i would take this game all the way up to -13)

    Good Morning Guys,

I split yesterdays two posted college basketball games – losing with Central Michigan but coming back strong with Maryland. I’m now 3-1 for the week with two more picks to be posted today. The first game is the prime time match up with Louisville and Rutgers. I’m licking my chops on this game and riding the Cardinals.

    Louisville -6.5

I suggest you jump on this game early because the line will go up. It should be an entertaining game, but Louisville’s dominating offense will be no match for Rutgers. The Knights simply won’t be able to keep up. Louisville has better players (size and talent) than Rutgers and will win easily tonight. BTW, the Cardinals squeaked out a win over Rutgers by 51 points last year. The strengths and weaknesses of college football teams don’t change that much from year to year. There’s no free agency in college football.

I’ll post a college basketball pick for one of the 2K Sports College Hoops Classic games later this afternoon.

Rutgers tonight.....You may need the points..you may not!!! Louisville looks easy in every aspect. Almost too good to be true. Not tonight, fellas!!! I look for a low scoring game in which those New Jersey boys establish a solid running game which will in turn keep the mighty Cardinal offense off the field.

I am posting my 2 Kenneth Lay(RIP) picks on the sat. pick board.

Louisville is off a 10 Pt Win against the rediculously Talented WVU ... Rutgers is off a Win but a very weak showing against UConn ... and this line looks easy huh ..

I think the major factor in this game will be, if Louisville can get the early lead or not .. If Louisville can get ahead early they will win and cover ... but If Rutgers can Strike First, can play their game, then they may cover and even Win SU ...

Major Stat ... WVU rushed 318 yards on Louisville ... Will Rutgers do the same ? WVU turned the ball over 3 times to assist Louisville in that 10 pt "W", will Rutgers give them the same chances ... Is Rutgers Defense better than WVU's ??? Truly a couple of questions to ask yourself's before making a decision on either side ....

I am just really looking deep into this game, before passing any judgement because truth of the matter remains, Louisville looks like the "EASY" play as UC said as well ... but I am not ready to bite on either side just yet ... but the questions above can really help the cause one way or the other ... as I do see those 3 factors being MAJOR ONES in this matchup ...

Work them Minds, and get a WINNER! Talk Soon.. Be Back!

Wow...a lot of love for Louisville tonight. This game is a tough call and if Rutgers wins, those kids might just burn Piscataway AND New Brunswick down. I may play it small later but for now, here's a little gem in NCAA hoops:

Chicago St/ St. Bonaventure UNDER 144.5 (Two bad teams who are both banged up early, playing on a neutral court. I see a game in the low 60s and think this line will go down later. Tips at 6:30pm EST)

I deleted the first part of this previous post because it offended someone on this site. I apologize and I will stop replying to those PM's about games not posted.

DISCLAIMER: THIS IS JEFFER'S PLAY, not mine.

ROLL WITH JEFFER ON BYU -18 @ home against Wyoming.

    Jeffer plays: 3-0 ATS

    My take on tonight:

I suck at college football but I agree with Juice (Ultimate Capper) and BP both. That line is funnier than hell. And now it's down to 5 1/2 on betcris. I am going to play Rutgers and hopefully watch the easy cover. Everyone and their mother is unloading big on Lville and on paper, it looks like the EASY play. Well, when it's that easy, you usually lose. DO NOT GO HUGE ON THE REDBIRDS...they very easily could win by 4 td's but that line is fishy enough alone for me to take Rutgers tonight. Both ML and with the points. Just use caution and don't blow your whole load on Lville...I might be entirely wrong, but if you think Lville is the easiest game on the board this year...be careful$$$$$

One posted play for me on NBA in NBA forum and will lay off of college for a day or two until we get rollin.

Take care everyone..good luck on your plays.

FELLAS GOY PLAY FOR ME HERE. I'VE SPENT THE LAST 90 MINUTES DISECTING THIS GAME ENTIRELY. IT IS EARLY IN THE SEASON BUT HERE WE GO.

TEXAS/ALCORN STATE UNDER 146 1/2 TONIGHT 15 UNIT PLAY FOR ME.

ALSO TAKING UNDER 71 1ST HALF FOR 25 UNITS. EVEN BIGGER PLAY.

THESE TEAMS ARE GONNA START OUT SLOW. FIVE NEW STARTERS FOR TEXAS AND ALCORN STATE STATISTICALLY LAST YEAR WOULD START OUT SLOW. COACH SAM BARNES FOR THE BRAVES WANTS TO FOCUS ON PERIMETER SHOOTING, LESS TURNOVERS, AND BETTER FREE THROW SHOOTING. FURTHERMORE, TEXAS HAS A HEIGHT ADVANTAGE AND I BELIEVE WILL POUND THE BALL DOWN LOW.

IN MY OPINION, VEGAS HAS THIS LINE ALL FUCKED UP AND I EXPECT IT TO GO DOWN. THEY'RE GOING BY STATS FROM LAST YEAR AND NUMBERS SCORED BY BOTH TEAMS. THIS ONE IS A GIFT AND I'M ALL OVER IT BIIIIIGGGGGGGGGGGG.

IF I LOSE, IT WILL BE A LOT OF FUN TRYING TO GET IT BACK. LMAO

    FELLAS I'M FEEELING GOOOOODDDDDD TODAY.

    HERE'S SOME MORE I DID

    WYOMING 1ST HALF +10 1/2 3 UNITS

    WYOMING OVER 23 1/2 1ST HALF 3 UNITS

IF WYOMING CAN SCORE 1 TD I CAN'T LOSE BOTH BETS. I'LL TAKE THAT ALL DAY.

FOR NFL I'M TAKING THIS NOW BECAUSE I DON'T WANT TO WAIT AND SEE FOR LINE

ARIZONA CARDINALS +7 1/2 (BOUGHT THE HOOK). PUBLIC ON DALLAS RIGHT NOW AND YOU HAVE COWBOYS PLAYING THEIR 3RD ROAD GAME IN A ROW. THAT'S TOUGH. ARIZONA I THINK IS PISSED OFF. THEY'RE GONNA COME OUT AND PLAY HARD. IT WOULDN'T SURPRISE ME IF THEY WON STRAIGHT UP.

10 UNITS FOR ME ON THIS ONE. GL

ok fellas some help here. tell me why i shouldn't take everything i own and bet maryland -3 1/2 this weekend.

line has been set. you have sudden death to defensive linemen brian pata (rip). you have freeman starting a qb making his 1st career start. playing on the road none the less. you also have starting safety kenny phillips out with an injury as well. he leads the team in tackles and interceptions.

how in the world are the hurricanes gonna pull this one off? maybe you guys can help me out here.

It's your money and bet how you like, but Louisville is the better team and will win tonight’s game. I don’t care about line changes and all the other BS. If you can get it at 5.5 take it because it will go back up.

Louisville has already proven themselves against some of the nations best teams (WV with a 31 point performance, Miami which ranks 5th in total defense and 14th in scoring defense) while Rutgers has played one of the weakest BCS schedules with opponents having an average ranking of 72 in scoring offense and 65 in total offense. Look at who they have played: North Carolina, Illinois (before Juice Williams), Ohio University, Howard, Connecticut and Navy (without Brian Hampton).

Louisville’s passing game will cause major problems for Rutgers’ secondary. WR Mario Urrutia (6’6â€

You never know the affect that his death will have on the team.....Will they play over their heads? Will they not show up? Is this QB better than the original starter?

I hate games with this kind of emotions involved. You just can't cap that stuff.....

Goodluck if you play it.....if its obvious....it's probably like that for a reason.....I wouldn't unload on it....but hey......I hope to be right at least 75% of the time.......lol....

This is exactly why this site is damn awesome, good logical theory on both sides of a game.

That being said, I like Louisville and have been waiting for it to go down to 7 on Bodog today which it finally did. I did however lower my wager a little after reading the posts of the Rutgers backers, quality info guys. I was probably gonna go 8-10 units but now I'm just rolling 3 units on Louisville -7, good luck to all!

    BROWN 1sth -.5 -115

5 returning starters for both teams. Both teams have the same height. Should be an even game. However, I go with the team that has played a quality team under their belt and plays better team defense. Also, Brown has a three point specialist.

good luck if you play it.

    Guys,

Here's the college basketball pick I promised.

    Chicago State +5

Chicago State was in the MCC league title game last year and St. Bonaventure is the worst team in the A-10 and has been for the last couple of years. After the two front court players Lee and Williams, the Bonnies have little depth. The front court for Chicago State matches up in size but not experience. However, Chicago State has the better backcourt tandem that will make the difference.

Copied and Pasted (with permission)from another sight from a very respected capper

    Louisville over Rutgers **** strong

Last yr Rutger players go out and stomp on the Cardinal logo at midfield.Three hours later, Cards score 8 td's and give the Knights a 56-5 whipping.Lesson learned...don't diss the midfield logo...A lot has happened since the famos massacre in Papa johns house.Rutgers is undefeated and has 2 of the best backs in college football.Schaino has taken those Florida and NJ HS kids and made them one of the best teams in the BE.A defense that is athletic and fast.Ranked high in many national stats.A ball control team with leonard and rice.A great TE, good sp teams and Ito a super kicker.

But....again I go back to there Qb..Teel.He is 10-1 as a starter. So many will say "whats wrong with that". But RU's ball control offense and running attack is the reason..not Teel.Ask any Rutgers fan...when he goes back to pass..you hold your breath. he throws high, low, behind his WR's,into traffic. In RU's last game vs UConn Edleman did a great job in putting 7 and 8 guys in the box stopping Rice and making Teel throw.Rice was stopped almost 3/4's of the game. Then he hurt his ankle.RU struggled vs the Huskies but won after letting Huskies Brown, a frosh gain over 200 yds.In Cards last game vs West Vir there were over 1,018 yds and 78 pts. .UL couldn't stop Slaton and White but did get many turnovers.

Looking at these teams past opponents is tough to compare.RU really hasn't played anyone...NC,Illinois,Ohio,Howard,So Fl,Pitt,Navy, and Conn.USF they struggled and won by 2,NC they won by 5,Pitt by 10,UConn scared them and Navy's Qb was hurt with the score 0-0.Illi they beat big along with howard and Ohio.

UL also hasn't really played anyone except for WV. They did beat kentucky by 20 and there proving to be a decent team. But Temple,Mid Tenn were easy. They did beat K-state,cinncy and the cuse.Cinncy gained over 200 yds on the ground on them.Cuse caused them some problems too.

Rutgers hasn't seen such a balanced attack this yr. Brohm is solid at QB.Lou's OL is big, strong and athletic.RU's defense is not that big but quick.Lateral movement is great. But Cards will go right at them..Play action like they did vs WV.Brohm lyr threw for 330 yds and 3 td's vs RU.This will be the best QB RU defense has seen.this will be the best OL they see.On the defensive side....This will be the best defense RU will have seen. The best DL they have seen.

Cards will go against the best ground game they have seen. But the air attack is not even good.RU is to one dimensional...Schaino has to figure a way to not only use his ground attack but get TE Harris involved. Also how his defense will stop the ground and air attack.Petrino has the easier job..He only has one thing stop.If Teel was a little above avg it would be different..but he's not.Qb's like that can only carry you so far ...Cards will be coming at him and keying on Rice.

This game is going down as the most important games in there schools history. Both teams are going bowling..But Louisville is the talk ..are they good enough for the national championship.ESPN,Fox etc are debating it.many could say this is a trap game..after big win vs WV,etc. I don't think so.I think the cards come out smoking thur nite.

I think Rice will be smothered. he'll get his 100 yds but I think the UL defense can slow down the running game and force the pass. The DL of Louisville will dominate the OL of RU.Brohm will have time to hit his WR's and backs..

Louisville will win this by at least 2 TD's.So much hype esp. here in the NY-NJ metro area.Brohm is almost 100%.OL will give him time to pass.Cards RB's are decent but not great.

But this game comes down to RU's passing game. They are ranked 114th in passing.Teel has 8 ints and 6 Td's.RU's 8-0 record is a testament to the great ground game.UConn last week stopped the RU run and made Teel pass.He had 123 yds and one int.Rice had on 22 carries 79 yds.Rutgers only won because there defense scored 2 td's on a fumble and blocked punt.

Teels top WR's are a frosh and a soph. And both are somewhat "soft" but still dangerous.Harris is a stud at TE but Cards have the speed and talent to stay with him.

Petrino will blitz, put pressure on Teel.Besides him being a questionable passer he cannot read defenses.I cannot tell you how many times he made throws that hit the defense in the numbers and they dropped them.I've watched almost every Rutgers and Army game this year.Armys Peveto reminds me of Teel.Ross finally benched Peveto.Of course Schaino can't do that but you know he's worried big time. Most of the news reports are "this is the game Teel steps up". Wrong..It's against UConn,So Fl,and those teams he needed to step up.Cards wil be in his face all game..despite James Gandolfini and his boys on the sidelines...

    Good luck..strong play...Cards

Louisville was outplayed, outhustled and outcoached..The D of Rutgers looked great....

Ya know, If I stuck to first halfs ONLY in football I'd be doing pretty friggin good!!!

One question, What do you think would have happened if that stupid, ignorant neighbor didn't jump off-sides on that missed FG???? I tell ya what, if i were the coach, he wouldn't dress the rest of the season...What a douche bag!!!! I do not think it would have mattered b/c Rutgers was all over the birds tonight.........
