   anyways what a night last night

   also talked about it in chat but didnt post cause they werent strong plays but also cashed in on twolves +7.5 and under

   was i lucky they were down by as many as 18 or 19 i think late 3rd quarter and come back to cover lol

   also i mentioned this in the chat dont know how i missed it but the overs in ncaa hoops cashed in EASILY if theres something as an easy ans sure bet it was the over 129 in vermont game and over 148 in maryland game shit 147 total in vermont game thats 18 pts over total and 179 in maryland thats 30 pts over

   overall 5-0 last night what a great night

3. Good Morning Guys,

   I had another winner last night with the Toledo Rockets. It was easy to see early in the game, even through the fog, that N. Illinois wasn’t going to cover the line. Anyway, no football tonight so I’m looking to start off the college round ball season with a game this afternoon in the 2K Sports College Hoops Classic. College basketball and college football are my favorite sports to cap. The NFL and NBA are too inconsistent at least for me.

   Central Michigan University -1

   CMU faces Youngstown State today at 4pm. New coach Ernie Zeigler is having CMU play a better defensive game as demonstrated in their only exhibition game which was a 67-51 win over Saginaw Valley. CMU held SVSU to a .356 field goal percentage and forced 19 SVSU turnovers. CMU is lead by Sefton Barrett who is one of the MACs top shot blockers and had a team high 8 rebounds in their exhibition game.

   The YSU Penguins return only two full-time starters from last year’s squad. Junior guard Byron Davis, a transfer from New Mexico State will take over at the point. Davis will help this team improve, but given that the Penguins have not even played an exhibition game this season it may take some time for this team to gel. Given that CMU has the home court advantage, has all of their starters returning from last season, and a new emphasis on defense, I have to go with the Chippewas.

   I’ll post my take on the Brown/Michigan State game later today. BTW, I only post picks.

4. As many of you know, I'm not the best at football but cap on Big XII and Mo Valley in college pretty successfully..especially the KU Jayhawks. I'll be posting in college hoops on this board there.

   FYI..a lot of negativity on gotpicks. But BP and I showed why this is a great site. Here's the story:

   Jeffer liked Toledo..but not enough to post. I called BP and we hashed out the game on the phone for about 15 minutes. We compared stats, trends, thoughts on the game and came to the conclusion Toledo was the play. He also had great logic on the under, which I ended up not playing. My point: If GP wasn't around I would never have made the "friendship" and the ability to just call a member of GP and TEAM FLA and be able to talk "shop" about football. I would have lost on that game if not comparing notes with another Gper I got to know and trust. I am not good at college football and GP carries me until hoops starts ..along with my local buddies Jeffer and Ultimate Capper. Just like Takis, BP, Money, Teeks, and all the other hockey cappers do too. I would not win money in hockey if it wasn't for those guys.

   That's all I got. use this site to your advantage. I'm done talkin on that. I promise you posting only on games the rest of the year. Also, the personal attacks are ridiculous. My suggestion: if you got a bitch with a capper..go down to that PM link on the bottom of his post and hit em up. This board is about picks.

   With that in mind...here's my play for tonight in college hoops..from here on out I will post them on the NCAA basketball board on a daily thread.

   ROLL WITH ME ON OVER 150 1/2 in Vermont/Maryland:

   Here's my logic:

   Maryland is returning a strong core of players who have taken their lumps in the ACC the past few years. Coaching and talent are at a 3 year high at Maryland and this team is built for scoring in the high paced ACC. Vermont has opened up their offense and launched 3's like a madman in their opener against new Orleans. A high total like this early in the year scares me, but I'll roll the over for a small play.

   ROLL WITH ME ON OVER 150 1/2 in Vermont/Maryland tonight.

    Looks like Central Michigan is laying a big egg. I didn't expect them to play like shit.

    I'm off of the Michigan State/Brown game and playing Maryland/Vermont. I'm on Maryland.

    Maryland routed Hampton in the first round shooting almost 50% from the field despite a dismal 1-12 shooting night from the 3 point line. They did it with great defense (25 turnovers) and balanced scoring (6 players in double figures). Vermont, who overpowered New Orleans in the opening round, will face a much stiffer challenge on Maryland’s home court. Strawberry’s the real deal and will lead the Terps to another easy victory tonight.
