OK,
got 3 plays I liked, Boston -5; Toronto -2; Denver -10...
for various reasons, I'm down to 1 play I will defo play & post - for now.
Boston Celtics -5
have lost every game so far rather poorly. first game home, since opening night, and I fancy they wanna put the record straight. Plus, as best I can remember, if there's one team that charlotte have as a bogey team, its the celtics - they always seem to have their number... Breakout game for the celtics - win by 15 going away...
Toronto - not playing cause have a feeling alot of people gonna play this and feels trappy as a result. also, AI always pured in 40-50pts a game against milwaukee, and you gotta think it might be that he likes his chances against TJFord - I dunno, just passing
Denver - initially liked this spot, but then saw the line -10, and passing. if it was about the 7 mark i'd have hit it. but 10 a bit steep, but not enough to make me wanna play knicks either, cause I think denver will win this, probably cover the number cause they generally do at home and win well
All, for now

I have two for today:
ROLL WITH ME ON ORLANDO -6 1/2 @ home against Seattle.
here's why:
In the last 5 meetings the home team has covered with the average winning margin being 11.2 points a game.
Seattle played at Miami last night and then made the short trip to Orlando after the game. They played well, but couldn't beat a Shaqless team they had been leading all game.
Orlando has a great mentality with outside perimeter shooting, uptempo play, and the inside presence of Howard. I am interested to see if Seattle's depth will show tonight as they try to keep up with the Magic.
Orlando has played well at home with a 2-1 record. They are also ready for this game as they have covered the number against Seattle at home in 4 of the last 5.
With such a high line I think Vegas is going after the "trap" players who say too many points for an offensive minded team like the Supersonics.
Small play on Orlando -6 1/2 @ home against the Supersonics.
PLAY #2 Best Bet: (Almost my GOW but I have that locked in on a Saturday matchup)
ROLL WITH ME ON Denver -10 1/2 @ home against the Knickerbockers. BDogg will tell you that the Knicks are again embroiled with controversy. Francis is out for awhile with a gimp ankle and Denver is desperate for a home win after an 0-2 start.
In the past, Denver owns the Knicks @ the Pepsi center with wins in 4 of the last 5 and covers in the last 3 at home against the Knicks:
PREVIOUS MEETINGS
Date Matchup Line Total ATS Result
03/13/06 DEN 108 @ NYK 96 DEN -3 208.5 DEN/U
11/18/05 NYK 86 @ DEN 95 DEN -8 182 DEN/U
02/01/05 NYK 76 @ DEN 96 DEN -9.5 192 DEN/U
12/12/04 DEN 96 @ NYK 107 NYK -2.0 196 NYK/O
02/29/04 NYK 96 @ DEN 107 DEN -6.0 198.5 DEN/O
Denver seems to be a 20 point winner tonight in my opinion.
GL boyz.
Denver -10 1/2 Best bet and Orlando - 6 1/2 for me.

Forgot to add, PC good luck with the Denver play, but I think it's a tough call. Francis has not done jack for this team since he got here, so he's not that big of an issue. Plus, guys like Marbury will play better now that they are away from the Garden, where he has been getting abused by the fans. Lastly, and I'm not sure if Isaiah is smart enough to realize it, but the knicks do have some guys with heart sitting on their bench. Prime example is Nate Robinson. If Isaiah were smart, he would use guys like this more often.
Anyway, don't want to talk anyone out of the Nugs, just pointing out a few things. And the damn knicks always f*ck us in games like this with a backdoor cover. I may stay away from the game and look at what the halftime line is. If the knicks are keeping it close, maybe hop on the Nugs. If the knicks are getting blown out (13+), I may take them for the 2nd half to rally a bit.
GL though.

..Believe it or not, I'm a pretty big Knicks fan. Grew up in KC and loved the Kings until they moved to Sac town. I was there for the last home game against the Lakers in the playoffs..anyways..
Love Robinson and Lee...but they don't match up with Andre and Melo.
Francis done nothing? In one game 25 points, 5 assists and some boards. They will miss that tonight with the running Nugs.
Isiah has never proved to me he can coach. And let's not forget Camby is going against his old team. GL bro..but I think the Nugs get it done in style tonight with the scrubs keeping the backdoor cover out of the arena.
I do appreciate the feedback. Any and all comments are always listened to in my book.
SuperflySnuka..great name..good luck this year$$$$
let's roll...GT..keep it up...
