   i'm not sure if you guys are familiar with the concept of betting exchanges

   basically you are betting against another user not a bookie so if you liked Team A in a match up and i liked Team B we could end up betting against each other at odds that are more advantageous than traditional bookie odds, the exchange makes its money by charging commision against the winner of every bet,the commision rate can vary from 5% to 2% depending on how much business you put through the exchange

   the two main european based exchanges are Betdaq and Betfair

   i have turned a profit of over 51k in just over 4 years of betting on these exchanges and i am by no means what you would call a big bettor

   of course every time i win some other unfortunate fucker loses

    There is one college football tonight. I'm playing Boise State (8-0) at home on the smurf turf against Fresno State (1-6).

    I look for the Broncos to "go for the throat" tonight at home. Wanting to avenge last years tough loss, Boise State will be fired up and ready to play against their WAC archrival. The Broncos have run the ball well all season with Heisman Trophy candidate Johnson playing behind their dominant O-line. They will have no problem against Fresno State's front seven who have been manhandled by all of the other WAC teams. On the other side, the Bulldogs who have relied on their RB Wright should be in for a long night up against a defense allowing only 76 y/g rushing and 16 pts/g.

    The Broncos need to win convincingly and will not let up after they get the lead. Because of a new rule this season, the Broncos have to finish 12th or higher to get an automatic bid in one of the five BCS bowl games. With their relatively weak schedule, they not only need to win out but also need to win by large margins.

    Althought Boise State is 2-4 ATS in its last 6 games, they have covered the spread their last two games at home. Fresno State is 0-5 ATS in its last 5 games.

    Not a single ounce of doubt in my mind tonight that Boise State is the right side of this game tonight and once again I will give you a few reason's why.

    First of all, Fresno St is just that bad. They are 1-7 SU and ATS with their only cover being by 1 point in their last game versus LSU. The line opened Lsu -31 and closed at 34 in some places.

    Lsu didn't score in the last 13 mintues of that game to allow Fresno the lucky cover.

    This is the same Fresno State team that 3 weeks ago lost at home to Hawaii 68-37. Now, this might sound pretty simple but if Hawaii can put up 68 on this Fresno State team, I am pretty confident Boise can get over 50 on the blue carpet tonight.

    Boise comes in a perfect 8-0 and they know, beyond a shadow of a doubt they need big, convincing blowouts in their last 4 games to even get near a BCS bid. They can pull it off, but they need to win big and this game tonight is as good a start as any.

    In their 4 home games this year, they have beaten Sacramento State 45-0, Oregon State 42-14, Hawaii 41-34 and L'Tech 55-14.

    The most impressive win in that bunce was Oregon State by 28. You know, the same Oregon State team that just upset Usc last Saturday 33-31.

    Boise comes off two road games where they struggled a bit at New Mexico State and Idaho. They failed to cover both as 27 1/2 and 21 point road chalks.

    However, they are back home tonight in a place they have outscored Fresno in the last two meetings here 100-37. This is a blowout.

    Boise State is 3rd in the nation in scoring and 6th in rush offense. You don't have to worry about this Boise offense tonight. They will get over 40, just as they have in every home game this year.

    Getting lost in all this scoring is a defense that is leading the WAC in scoring defense at just 16 points a game and total defense at just under 310 a game including only 76 yards on the ground.

    Fresno is going to wish they never made this trip up here tonight as Boise scores early and often and win this game going away by 30 points or more.

    RAPTORS

    I really feel the Nets are in for a long year. I feel Lawrence Frank won't be around to see the end of this season.

    The Nets didn't really change their roster much and that is the problem. They were getting slower last year and now they meet a very athletic, young, aggressive Raptors team that will not go away in this game.

    One of my top 3 most improved teams this year is going to be the Raptors. This team is going to suprise some people with Chirs Bosh having a huge year.

    Raptors have influxed their roster with a tremendous European flavor and that is going to bode well this year.

    I like this kid Bargnani, a 6'10 Italian forward who is being compared to Dirk Nowitzki. They also added Spanish star Jorge Garbajosa, Slovenian forward Uros Slokar and the return of American Anthony Parker to the NBA.

    Parker played sparingly with Philadelphia and Orlando from 1997-2000 before he blossomed into a two-time Euroleague MVP with famed Israeli club Maccabi Tel Aviv.

    I dont' see the Nets blowing this team out tonight. I just don't. This game goes down to the wire and their are value with the points.

    Grab this 10 Dimer on the Raptors as the Nets struggles start early this year.

38. Knicks Under 49 First Quarter = Winner.

    I'm in NY and watching the game. I would recommend taking a look at the 2H line. Hopefully the Knicks will be down 4 and the halftime line will be -2.5 (Memphis) or so. The Knicks will keep this close down the stretch, if not win outright. Memphis looks absolutely horrid. Mike Miller hit three 3s otherwise they wouldnt' have broken 20 pts.

    Look out for the Knicks 2H as a potential play if they are down and getting points.
