7-1 last 2 days but here is the kicker...in chat, during the games, here is what i called out but didnt play because i am limiting the # of games im on...

i just wanted to throw some info to you guys about tonights game since we all feel compelled to play a football game everytime one is on (even though thats what they want happen)
you guys can definitely use this info to factor in what you want to do...
*WV has Louis next wk
*WV has 35 take aways to 12 give aways
*WV has outscored opponents 77-14 in 1Q
- but, of those points, 67-7 were at home while only 14-7 were away
- also, only 21-14 last 3 games.
*UCONN is 2-0 in the last 2 BE home openers. (read this somewhere but not too sure about it)
UCONN is a very good rushing team (209 game) but only throws for 148 a game. what happens if they are behind 14-0 right off the bat? historically, there success is founded off of getting the early lead and running the ball to maintain the lead. if they get behind quick, as we have seen in other games, forget about it.
Big AL has this has his 100% Friday Night GOY thats played at 8 east on every third OCT 20...(just busting his touting balls but he does claim to be 11-0 on these)
every other service that i have seen so far has WV. Phantom!!!!

The weather here is gross. It's suppsoed to pour this afternoon and stop for game time, but be in the 40's with winds up to 50 MPH. Wind shouldn't affect WVU's great rushing attack. I'd be surprised if UConn scores on offense tonight.
My lean right now is definitely the U.
WV might get up very early and stay there. this would force UCONN to try and catch up by throwing the rock and thats not their game. with the ugly weather, and with the biggest game of the yr coming up for WV, they might limit the running plays to White and then just yank him and Slaton out early 3rd Q.
plus, i dont really see Uconn scoring much unless the field is slippery and they use a power running game to stay within the number.
remember, if the field is slippery, it benefits a more power running game than the one cut and go style WV has.
total opened at 46 and is up to 48.5 now with 91% on O (sportsbook). i will watch this line hoping that it gets to 49-50. also would be interesting to see if it drops significantly by game time with the pub on the O.
the only way i see this going over is if WV rushes for 500 yards (they just might) or turnovers by UCONN causing short fields for WV.

Hello GP family, I stepped away for awhile but am back in full force. I have a couple of games I LOVE this weekend.
Conneticut +23.5 vs. West Virginia. WVA will win this game, but it will be a wake up call heading into their next game (November 2) matchup with Louisville. They are looking ahead as they hit the road and will give up some early score before buckling down. UCONN is a program headed in the right direction and while ulitmetaly they will not be able to keep with Slaton and White, but their early production will be enough to cover the spread......
Other game I like. Mizzou big. I think MU wins this game by four TD's. They need a statement after last weeks loss. the national media lept off the banwagon as quickly as they jumped on and frankly this will be a chance to flip them off for their fickleness. Chase Daniel will have a chip on his shoulder and MU wants to rid the ghost of their string of KSU losses.

anytime about the info. I strongly think that reasoning/write ups are worth more than the actual picks given out...
FWIW, word coming out of the FORT is that there is another significant set back to yet another MICH WR through injury or suspension. Speculation is that it is AA, which would hurt more than Stevie B, beleive it or not...
as a huge BIG BLUE fan, if this is the case, Iowa keeps this thing within 7 (10 at the most).
the line has gone down .5 with 75% on MICH. if it goes down to 12 soon, the info is confirmed, IMO.
