WOW WHAT A WONDERFUL GAME FOR THE SAINTS TO WIN FOR ONE OF THE GREATEST CITIES IN THE WORLD......THE PEOPLE OF NEW ORLEANS NEEDED THIS TEAM TO PICK THEM UP MORE THAN WORDS CAN EXPRESS.....THERE ARE MILLIONS OF PEOPLE ACROSS THE COUNTRY SMILING RIGHT NOW BECAUSE OF THIS......
AS A GULF COAST RESIDENT I CAN RELATE TO THE DEVASTATION OF HURRICANE RITA IN MORE WAYS THAN ONE......IT WAS AN UNREAL EXPERIENCE AND I HOPE MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS OR ANYONE HAS TO EVER GO THROUGH SOMETHING LIKE THAT AGAIN.....
AS FOR THE GAME I DIDN'T POST MY PLAY DUE TO GETTING OFF WORK LATE BUT I DIDN'T NEED THE DAMN 4 PTS I LAYED THE LUMBER TO THE SAINTS MONEYLINE +180 FOR A NICE CHUNK.....FOR THE PEOPLE WHO BET AGAINST THE SAINTS YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED....THIS HAD TO BE ONE OF THE MOST EMOTIONAL GAMES EVER PLAYED IN SPORTS HISTORY.....MRLASVEGAS I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS WASN'T ONE OF YOUR BIGGEST PLAYS EVER.......

i do this every wk now with these 10 point sweethart teasers (delay that last game or 2 to Sat/Sun)...
i feel very comfy knowing i will wake up on Sunday and have this "new" 2 team teaser...

Nice hit for the GP Fam last night. the CHAT was LIVE!
this next NCAA game has a very "suspect" line. Rocko, CC, and I cant figure out why it opened at only -3 and is at -5 now with over 90% on Southern Miss.
does anybody have any insight to this game? any write up is appreciated.
as a matter of fact, speaking of write ups, for days that just have 1 featured game (like MNF) i wouldnt mind seeing even a small write up as to why a certain individual likes a certain play. this can help those tremendously to have an edge.
even if somebody doesnt follow, the insight can give them a better understanding to the game at hand. a small bit of info can clear the mind of someone who is teatering back and forth.
i even mentioned it to somebody in chat today (AD?) that i love PC's plays cuzz he gives a little love on them. therefore, people arent just following his strong reputation blindly.
Rocko, BP, Messy, PC, GTNP, J the Jew, Pepe, Matty, Tako,and many-many others being on one play helps me when i measure the "probability" of something happening over the other. its just like knowing a system, trend, or line movement. if it supplies that other 10-15% confidence in a game, that can make all the difference in the world...
if you cap at 50%- you get juiced out. but, if someones small write up helps you increase to about 57% or higher, it makes this that much more worth it.
its just like all the hard work that PHANTOM puts into this for us (the 2nd hardest working man in GOTPICKS - hes only 2nd because RICKO is always busy fixing this site these days...LOL)
i hope i make some sense and im not just rambling.
FWIW, i send my boy Messy a write up every once in a while when it gets down to it.
its just like when Rocko "thinks outloud" in chat. it allows us to narrow things down for a large card on a Sat.
BTW, if you guys dont know Rocko because he doesnt post in here...fahgetaboutit...

I am working very hard this week to make sure we can all hammer the bookie. Last night was a great start and have 2 plays for Sat. 1 that I am really watching.
I think tonights game is a toss up so far. Will continue capping it seeing if I can find an advantage though.

Tonight I'm going to try something different and put alittle wager on THE CONTENDER FINAL.
I've seen both of these fighter fight and have to say that Steve Forbes is the better fighter here tonight. Grady Brewer has a big heart when it comes to fighting but I think Steve will be too much for him.

Hey Boys...So a Tuesday night College football game...NICE!!!! Anyway, it seems like such a shit game so being a shit head....I'm on it!!! I like Southern Miss based on everything I have read...besides taking a beating from powerhouse Florida, they have scored some points...They gain yards, especially on the ground (ranked 33rd and 13th respectively) They have a Good "D" and can definitely put points on the board.....

Woods/Harden must go.
Here's why I like it:
Oakland has clinched and has several key players hurting. Chavez has a bum leg (trust me, he cost me a fantasy championship shot), Harden won't go long as he comes off injury and the team is "laying" back. They have nothing to play for in seeding. They will get the wildcard winner at home for the opening round. Seattle has a young phenom (what a great season in MLB for hurlers, Hamels, Liraino, Billinglsey, Sowers, the list goes on and on.) in Jake Woods who has been lights out similar to GoCubsGo's boy Rich Hill. I've been riding strong on Woods and he hasn't disappointed. I iniitially liked the total but I'm taking the better value. Seattle just might blow them out.

As for CFB, why is everyone so big on S. Miss? Not sure I like a weak team laying 6.5 on the ROAD. I am going to look into this one more at possibly a play on C. Florida and buy the hook.
