I think they are head n shoulders above Penn St and I believe they stay perfect here and prove why they are #1 in the nation. I can't see Penn St's D, as solid and stout as they are, holding down this Ducks 3 headed monster offense. They are the best overall team in the nation and will be National Champions in 2024. This is my largest NCAAF wager of the month, thus far!
