  2. I'm rolling with the home teams today. I have each one to win its respective series, so I look for both to take 2-1 leads.

    Plays:

NEW JERSEY -2.5 (they did what they needed to do in Miami, and now it's time for the Nets to take control of this series)

L.A. CLIPPERS -3 (the only chance the Suns have is to run, run, run, and run some more, and make a ton of 3's b/c we all know they will never play any defense; if the Clips do what they did in Game 2, this game will be over just as fast as that one was)

    Playoff Record: 17-12

    Punchouts: 5-1

    Opinions: 16-8

    ML Plays: 13-5 (+9.8 Units)

  3. ...someone please post the line on Phillies game today when you see it with the Reds. My online doesn't have one and I want to back the pitching phenom Cole Hamels today.

That is my MLB play if the juice isn't too high, but I don't see a line yet.

Have a good one all, back with an NBA total later. Help a brotha out and let me know if you see a line on Cole Hamels and the Phillies today.

  4. PC,

I've seen a couple posts on other sites with Phillies around -120. My book doesn't post lines until 11am though. I agree this kid sounds fantastic and those that have seen him pitch are raving about him.

DelT...love the Clips tonight also. GL!!!

  5. hey fellas...nice 2-0 posted day yesterday....and for today, we go back to the well, a cubs game. In these games, i am 6-1, but i did lose on my last time out, with maddux trying to end the streak. It's cool, lets get it done today..

    San Diego Padres ML -120

The Cubs are just absolutely struggling offensively, and they are down and out. Dusty is on the hot seat, as usual. They send out struggling rookie Angel Guzman, who has an era of 7.20 and is only averaging 5 innings a game. In the daytime, Guzman is 0-2 with a 7+ era. The guy is throwing an average of 20 pitches an inning, and doesnt last very long. His longest outing is 5 2/, against Pitt, where they lost 8-0! The cubs are averaging only 3.5 runs a game at home, and have no power presence in the lineup, except Aramis.

On the other side, Woody Williams has been pitching very well lately. I am always skeptical of this guy, cause his stuff just looks ordinary. But when I put money on him, he seems to have a quality start ( 6-7 inn, 2-3 er). The padres are rolling, knowing this is the time for them to stay or make a move in the NL WEST. With San Diego's recent performances, strong road record ( 9-4 ), poor cubs play ( 1-9 out of last ten ), and struggling rookie against the stable veteran, I am making my play on the Padres.

There is nothing else I like in MLB. I will make my plays on both playoff games. Nets and Suns for me! GL!

  7. Roll with me on Cole Hamels today and the Phillies. I would take it up to

-140 ML. The kid is absolutely amazing and will be one of 3 call ups I got on my minor league board that will be tough. When Endison Volquez, Thomas Diamond, and Chad Billingsby make their Major league debuts later this year, roll on them in their debut. All 3 of these phenoms are cash money and I'll start backin em today by playing on Cole Hamels and the Phillies.

Thanks Honicky, I see it posted now at -120.

Have a great day everyone. Back later with my NBA.

  14. Phantom- i really hope that you hit that UNDER. but i told myself that i would rather scratch my eyes out than play another Suns Under, especially after the last game.

    GL though.

Disclaimer: i would still play it if it was an "AAO" or other strong play.
