I was gonna come on here and write a 4 page letter stating I was starting a pay service for April Fool's but you know what, I'm frickin lazy today so HA HA, April Fool's. Unlike my bad intentions, these plays are for real and the way to big $$$$
NIT FINAL
Michigan vs. Rutgers:
I'm rollin with Rutgers in this one. They have won games in this tourney against teams they shouldn't have. Nova, ISU, etc...Michigan on the other hand has had a nice run and the comfort of playing at home. I'll take the home town crowd and the points and go with my...THE BIG TEN SUCKS THIS YEAR theory.
I'm playing smalll (2 units) on Rutgers +5 1/2
NBA:
Sacramento @ Dallas:
The home team usually covers in this series, and surprisingly, it hasn't been close when these two hooked up in a long time. Except for Dallas stealing a road win early this year..the home favorite has covered at an 80% clip in the last 5. I'm playing the trend and taking Dallas, who also has motivation and revenge in their corner as they try to move up the playoff ladder.
Play on the Mavericks -5
That's all I got fellas, keeping the action low, the ladies lower, and the fantasy titles warming up. Hope you hit whatever you play, good luck, I'm out.

I've been on gotpicks for a while now, but this is my first time posting. What better time to start then April Fool's Day!!!
RUTGERS v. MICHIGAN
The NIT has been pretty exciting this year and I have followed it closely. Both of these teams got here by the benefit of playing every game at home and that helped them get more confidence and inflate their shooting %s. Well, not much changed on Tuesday night. Both teams continued to shoot well and although Rutgers got lucky with some late calls, they both earned this trip to the Finals.
I will be at the game tonight and I don't see much changing. Michigan likes to get up and down the floor and as Gyphin has pointed out numerous times, they are extremely athletic. Rutgers is playing close to home and, led by frosh Quincy Douby, they are shooting the 3 ball very well. I am not sold on which team will cover yet, but I expect a face-paced exciting final that should easily go into the 140s or 150s.
My Play is OVER 135!

I nailed my big play once again (Indiana in a huge blowout), but the small one turns out to be a loser as the result of yet another fourth period collapse by my team (the Wizards in this case). How wonderful it was as the Wizards had control of this game for 44 minutes, and then of course, they got outscored 11-3 in the final four minutes. Of course, once again, the overtime period unfolds in a way in which I get screwed. I can only imagine how many more wins I should have had this year. I, unfortunately, am not a very lucky person, so I just have to live with getting more bad breaks than good ones. Because of yet another bullshit loss, I have decided to do away with my Small Plays for the rest of this regular season (my Small Play record over the past 21 plays is 5-15-1). I continue to pick winners on games that I end up not playing, and the ones I do play end up being losers, so I will just not play any of them. I will stick to only betting my top plays, which you all know have been very good all year. There is no need to throw away money on smaller plays when my top ones are doing just fine. Here is one play for today:
PORTLAND -2 (Average Play) (unfortunately, this line has gone to 3.5 and 4 everywhere)
Season Record: 194-172-6 (53.01%)
9-10 Large Plays
70-49-1 Average Plays
115-113-5 Small Plays
GOOD LUCK!!!!!

Went 4-2 yesterday getting me to 4-9 for the week. Have one play tonight:
Dallas (-6.5) - Dallas is 13-3 ATS last 16 home games and Sac is 1-7 ATS last 8 overall and have lost last 5 ATS. Sac not same team since Webber came back and Dallas is explosive at home.
Good luck everyone!!
