Penn St has a very banged up O line and their starting QB is game time decision. They will also miss (2) of their pass rushers. I think Ryan Day and his squad will show why they are the best in the conf here.
Secondly, I like Syracuse Orangemen at home to bounce back after they have played poorly the past couple of weeks. I expect them to right the ship at home and I will buy a hook to +4.5 for extra insurance. I believe they are on the same level with Virginia Tech and I figured this line would be more like a PK em or even Syracuse a slight fave.
