Well gentleman I went to Vegas last weekend playing black jack and roulette, and the trip started out great, but it did not end up so well. so I am trying to make some $ back from my bookie. I had a big play on the sixers the other night, could not post bc I was on the plane ride home. But am looking to make a HUGE play on the memphis grizzlies gettting 1 in NY. Gentleman this play is going to be most confident play #7. So far they are playing at a record of 4-2. Hope to make this win number 5.
Grizzlies are great playing back to back, they dominate the eastern conference and the knicks are a little banged up fromt what the injury report states. Lets get after them and win some good money on this one
enjoy your bets

What a tough night that was. 4 out of the 7 games came within two points of the spread (3 of them were my plays). The oddsmakers were definitely solid last night. Today's board looks very good. There are several reasons as to why I am playing all these games, but I won't get into that b/c I do not have enough time. Here we go. This is what I have so far with the lines that are posted:
DENVER +2.5 (Large Play) (key factors here: triple revenge spot for the Nuggets who have played well at home for most of the year, and the Timberwolves have to travel to Denver after a tough game with the Spurs last night at home; Denver should also be fired up after getting whacked by Minnesota this past Sunday)
GOLDEN STATE -3 (Average Play) (top Average Play) (key factors here: Milwaukee is playing its fourth road game in five days, and should be tired, especially after a run and gun game last night in Sacramento in which they upset the Kings; Milwaukee has also not been a good road team for most of the year as well; Golden State is on a little streak of their own as it has won and covered four straight)
SEATTLE -5.5 (Average Play) (triple revenge for Seattle; Sonics have won and covered five straight; Utah coming off home win last night)
HOUSTON -8 (Small Play)
NEW YORK -1 (Small Play)
I am also considering three other games, but waiting to see the lines.
Season Record: 182-160-5 (53.22%)
6-9 Large Plays
63-47-1 Average Plays
113-104-4 Small Plays
GOOD LUCK!!!!!

I have to agree playing 4th game in 5 days will be too much. Golden State will look for a win
Houston -8
same as above. 3rd game in 4 days. Houston is just flat out better than the points.

What's up fellas$$$$ Went 2-3 last night overall and my Best Bets went 1-2. My record now stands at 99-99-1 and my Best Bets are 31-30.
Now for the good news.......
gyphin's Get the $$$$ Play #2 (1-0)
Michigan(-9)
I know what you are thinking...that line is way too high. That was my original thought, until honicky and I discussed this game in the chat room. Consider this:
* Hawaii plays Nebraska at 11:00pm CST on Monday night
* At around 1:00am CST the game ends, it’s still only 9:00pm in Hawaii
* After a few hours of showering, meetings and then some celebrating (they are in college) say the Hawaii players go to bed around 1:00am local time (5:00am CST)
* After 8 hours of sleep (1:00pm CST), they head to the airport for a minimum 12 hour flight to Detroit, MI and then a 1 hour drive to Ann Arbor. Let’s assume the whole travel period takes about 15 hours (3:00am CST). Unless they charter a plane they have no time to watch any film on Michigan.
* After 10 hours of sleep (jet lag) it is 1:00pm in Michigan. They will probably have meetings, watch some game film and maybe have a shoot around. That is all the prep time they will have for Michigan. The game is at 8:00pm CST.
* Michigan on the other hand, had all day yesterday for film study and practice as well as this morning.
This scenario, I think, is very accurate to the actual situation. How will Hawaii be able to stay close in this game? Factor in that Michigan is off probation and is starving for postseason play. Anyone who watched the Oklahoma game could see how much the fans were into it, and believe me these players want to win the NIT also. Plus, as honicky mentioned, you don’t think the NIT is dreaming of a Michigan and Notre Dame matchup in NYC. A little home cooking from the refs maybe, to help a good foul shooting team? This game has all the makings of a rout in my book.
Michigan 78 Hawaii 52

Rutgers (-1.5) Best Bet
With the line being low enough to not really factor in, how can you bet against Rutgers at the RAC? This team is virtually unbeatable at home. They were 13-2 at home this season as well as beating Villanova 71-68 on the road. I think this line is low only because people remember Villanova’s impressive run in the Big East tourney. The Scarlet Knights pull away at the end.
Rutgers 74 Villanova 67
NBA
Sixers (-2.5) Best Bet
The Suns are coming off an impressive victory over the Cavs last night walk right into a trap in Philly. The Sixers are playing well without Iverson and should have no problem with a tried Suns team tonight. Plus, I’m going to the game, so if it gets iffy, I’ll hit Stoudamire in the head with a beer bottle.
Sixers 90 Suns 82
Also…
Grizzlies (+1)
Kings (+5)
I’m also taking Tally GOM whoever it is.
Good luck all!!! Go Big Blue!!!

Lost yesterday's only post with Pistons (-5) so 0-2 for the week. Here are my games tonight.
1) Miami (-4.5) - Miami is 14-3 ATS last 17 and beat Orlando by 11,13 & 11 in the 3 games they played each other this year. Orlando is 1-6 ATS last 7 at home and 2-8 ATS last 10.
2) Memphis (-1) - Memphis is 12-1-1 ATS last 14 road games. NY has Houston & Thomas listed as doubtful.
3) Memphis/NY under 185 - Mem has gone under 11 of last 12 and NY under 6 of last 7 at home.
4) Golden St (-2.5) - GS has covered the last 4 games and Mil is 3-7 ATS last 10. Mil is playing their 4th game in 5 nights all on the road.
