UFC 58 fight picks.....

Title Fight:

Rich "Ace" Franklin -255...2 units

The "Fight of the Year" Potential...

I am rollin on BJ "the Prodigy" Penn from hawaii to give St. Pierre all that he wants and then some. The Hawaiians are animals and train very hard at the Hilo team camp. Pierre is rock solid, but BJ Penn is in the caliber of Matt Hughes, not Frank Trigg and Joe Riggs who St. Pierre defeated easily.

This fight will be awesome.

ROLLIN ON BJ PENN +125 for 3 units

Underdog System play:

In the UFC, there are many heavy favorites and you must play some dogs to show a profit. I will play all 3 of these heavy dog favorites and hope to make a profit based on one of 3 dogs hitten.

DOG SYSTEM PLAYS:

Jason Lambert +295 against Rob MacDonald

Steve Vignault +475 against Mike "Quick" Swick

Joe Doerksen +325 against Nate marquardt

All 3 for 100.00...one hits and I show a profit on these.

Take care fellas and feel free to post your plays, thoughts, opinions. Vegas and I will start the thread on UFC 59 next week.

THERE IS GREAT VALUE IN BETTING THIS SPORT. ASK BP..like boxing, you can cash$$$$

Think its Easy Being Rich Franklin? Think Again

    By Thomas Gerbasi

LAS VEGAS, March 4 – Tonight was supposed to be Rich Franklin’s toughest test yet, but after a five round battering of courageous challenger David Loiseau at UFC 58 – USA vs Canada before 10,362 at the Mandalay Bay Events Center, the only question has to be, who has a legitimate shot to challenge the UFC middleweight champion?

The unanimous five round decision read 50-42 twice and 50-43 for Franklin, who defended his crown for the second time and did it with a broken left hand from the second round on.

“It’s the first fight where I’ve gone to a decision, so I’m very displeased with myself,â€Â
