Girls....I stumbled upon what I feel is a really competitive race tomorrow in Gulfstream's 8th, the 4th running of the ViaBorghes.

The race features 12 runners going postward, scheduled to go off at 4:12PM EST. I feel that there is 4 or 5 logical contenders to reach the winner's circle, but I really love trainer John Kimmel's chances the best with his entry of #9 "PINK CHAMPAGNE". PINK comes off a great G3 tightener for Kimmel where she really didn't want the lead. If Kimmel gives jockey Pat Day the leeway to rate this filly from just off the pace, she should be home free the final furlong. She is fresh off the bench with a great race under her belt. What more could you ask for (other than a nice price). I don't see her paying balloon prices but a winner is a winner. Other contenders (in my estimation) include #3 BOBBIE USE, #2 REALLY AMERICAN, AND #5 ARVILLA PRISCILLA.
