This is what my full card looks like for both Aqueduct and Gulfstream today,if i see something else from another track i will thorw it up later with plenty of time before the race goes off. I'm sure Southern will take a look at this and compare his findings to mine and some consensus plays will show up...as always i recommend strongly the win/place style of betting, on occassion if i see a 2 horse race like yesterday, i will notify that i think an exacta box bet is worthy. Here we go:

i do somewhat like:

Race 5 #2 Astrologist
but.... not terribly great picks in terms of value plays....
that philly park play is by far my fav!

fav. plays at aquecuct are race 5 #2 and race 9 #6 at gulfstream my favs are race 5 #6, race 8 #3, race 11 #8.
i took a look at that philly race and the #8 looks live i also would give the other 12-1 shot a look the #4 diamond cutter.

southern you the fucking man baby..$23.40 and $6.40...what a great start to the day..nice going brother..the 4 got scratched out which was like a sign for me so i unloaded heavy on your pick and bam just like that i'm sitting pretty the rest of the day....great handicapping, just great..i hope everyone jumped on it...

Aqueduct 3rd hits and at 6-1..i finally got off the snide and back into the winners circle..hopefully the rest of plays start falling into place...
southern play keeps me in the positive all day though picked up about $725 on his masterful pick

southern.how the hell did you do that? do you use an online service to put in your plays? here in new york i have a OTB account set up so i can call in my bets? that friggin blows. if we hook this year either at saratoga or belmont then breakfast,lunch,dinner and drinks all day are on me.

I also love playing the ponies. I haven't had much time to cap lately. I will look at the card for Tomorrow. I used to be part of a partnership in NY (There were 4 of us). We owned one horse at a time (a total of 5 different ones). Gary Contessa used to be our trainer. The highlight of our partnership was breaking our maiden at the SPA with a NY Bred named Double Cure. I will be at the Spa for four nights during Travers weekend. I still watch a alot of TVG. There are a few cappers that I respect Frank Lyons, Matt Caruthers and Simom Bray. I got a chance to meet Simon at this past years Breeders Cup. I may be a little rusty but hopefully we can agree on some good value plays. Good Luck on the rest of your plays Today. I will cap Aqueduct and Turfway. I will check the weather in Hot Springs before looking at Oaklawn. I heard they may have some terrible weather there Tomorrow.

mar man look forward to your info. i live at saratoga basically when its here in town. i do alot of charity work and one of the things we do is play a charity softball game against the jockeys at a park just outside the main gates, it's a blast, its gottne me close to alot of smart and sharp people. i have become good friends with luzzi and migliore, not that they give me info all the time but they occassionally drop me hints when they are in town. the horse racing world is the best.i prefer it over any other gambling.

well, wouldnt you know it.... i was in such a hurry this morning i messed up two bets... no philly pick.... but.. i meant to put in PC's Missouri pick.. and took Kansas -17.5 by accident.... ha....
ended up losing since the philly pick was huge... but karma paid me back one i guess.....
i need to be more careful;)

I have had a chance to handicap both of these cards. I will post the horse I think will win with comments why. I welcome any comments on my selections. Hopefully we can come up with some consensus winners.
