A man is out for a stroll and happens to pass the local insane asylum.

He hears a very loud and odd rythmic chant coming from the other side of a tall wooden stockade fence surrounding the facility.

The residents chant gets louder "Thirteen! Thirteen! Thirteen!"

Quite curious about all this, he finds a peephole in the fence, looks in and someone pokes him in the eye.

Suddenly, the chant begins again.. "Fourteen! Fourteen! Fourteen!"
