Finally football has come again......
I am loading up on the steelers- What they did to the colts last week was unfucking real- iF THEY play half that good on defense- and come out sharp on offense again they will dominate this game- I have the steelers going all the way and winning it all. Playing the steelers +4(buying the half).
I loved carolina all week and now starting to sway back and forth. Julius peppers finally practices the other day and we already know deshaun foster is out- yet the line opened at 5 to 5.5 and quickly dropped to 3.5 not being certain of peppers- Carolina is fucking hot- but if seattle has any fucking sense at all- they double steve smith and make someone else beat you- Can they stop shawn alexander with a banged up peppers? Still in the air on this game fellas- I love carolina at 5.5- but now i could buy the hook and have seattle -3. I am going to wait to see if any line changes on this game before I bet it.( cardinal rule of gambling don't overthink a game- go with your gut- I have talked mylself off of carolina and a lean towards seattle- fuck- might just play the over)

Well Ricky finally coverted me from a Gotpicks Rookie to a Charter Member so I feel like I have to deliver a winner for everyone..LOL! I've been riding the Panthers the last 2 weeks and I love em again today:
Carolina +3.5 (Panthers are 18-3 ATS the last 21 times they have been installed as a puppy. They are also 20-8 ATS on the road and 7-1 ATS in the playoffs. Seattle is only 8-25 ATS as a home favorite between 3 and 7 pts. I know Foster is out but Goings is better than a lot of folks think and he will be effective enough to open things up for Jake and Steve Smith. Call me a trend player but the numbers dont lie!)
And if you guys out there are looking for winners every day, keep riding the hot hands...PC, Vegas, Takis, Billz(look whos back posting), Pakman, etc. These guys know their shit and keep winning me back all the $$$ that my own plays are losing

Damn, the site was down for a few hours today. Thought the bookies were launching an internet DOS (denial of service) against Ricky!
I also like Pittsburg and the Bl;ack Cats but it makes me nervous when friends, family and this site are mostly all on these 2 dogs. I'll probably regret it but am fading the world and taking the home teams. I am not putting the double-wide on either game, just standatd regular season bet. Good luck whoever you take.

Today I like over 43 1/2 car./sea and I'll tell you why. Again not betting it as i'm still retired. lol
The NCF Championship Game on Sunday will put the High scoring Seattle Seahawks against the best road underdogs in the NFL. The Scoring combination of Jake Delhomme to Steven Smith has proven to be the best connection in the NFL this season with 12 touchdowns. The Seahawks, behind the running of NFL MVP Shaun Alexander, led the league in scoring with 452 points. Both offenses have the ability to put up a lot of points and will be willing to prove they can win a shootout.
Both teams were hit hard with injuries to their running game in last week’s division playoff games. The Panthers have lost Deshaun Foster for the season with a broken ankle. Third string running back Nick Goings filled in admirably carrying the ball 10 times for 34 yards keeping the Bear’s defense honest. The Panthers have gone to Goings more in the post season more than they did during the regular season and have had success with him in the past as the starting running back had 5 games of at least 100 yards. The Panthers will use their running attack after opening up the running lanes with their passing attack.
The Seahawks split 21 carries between Maurice Morris and Mack Strong for 89 yards after Alexander went out of the game. The news out of Seattle is that Alexander has recovered quickly from the concussion he sustained last Saturday and will be available for today's game. That is good news To Seattle coach Mike Holmgren's ears as Alexander led the league in rushing with 1435 yards and 27 touchdowns. Seattle will go to Alexander as their first option offensively in an attempt to get the Carolina safeties to crowd the line.
Matt Hasselbeck will get the football in the capable hands of wide outs Daryll Jackson and Bobby Engram. Engram led the team with 67 receptions despite missing a few games due to injury and Jackson is coming off one of the best games of his career catching nine passes last week for 143 yards and a touch down. On the Season, Hasselbeck threw for 3670 yards, 25 touchdowns and only ten interceptions. With his star running back out of the game, Hasselbeck took the offense on his shoulders competing 16 of 26 passes for 215 yards and one touchdown.
Steve Smith will be the focal point of the Panther’s offense. 103 receptions, 1,563 receiving yards and 12 receiving TDs, all tops in the NFL. Throwing him the ball will be the one of the best quarterbacks in postseason history. Jake Delhomme played well against Chicago, finishing 24-of-33 for 319 yards and three touchdowns. Delhomme has a 108.4 passer rating in six postseason games, throwing for 1,446 yards with 10 touchdowns and two interceptions. Expect a high scoring game as both teams are both capable of scoring three or more touchdowns.
