It was a few years ago when most of us, about 90% were at sportsline.com and we were talking shit and celebrating and carrying on with all the non-sense, etc. Then the shit started to get out of control at CBS and Ricky was a low-profile cat just like he his now. Thing was, Ricky had his own site back in the day, but it was just more less to keep track of who was who, nothing more, nothing less !! Around this same time, X-MAS time, things started turning real bad at sportsline and Ricky was on vacation as he is every year at this time. He stayed in touch with a few of us and only a few of us knew how to get in touch with him. So one night on the CBS board, we decided we needed to do something. When I say we, I mean a lot of people that are here now. So one night, I dropped Ricky an e-mail and said hey, let's see what we can do about this. I'm sure others had the same concern. So Ricky took the time out of his HOLIDAY SCHEDULE and and wrote me back and said, as soon as I get back, we will do something. Guess what ?? He did !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So here we are !! Gotpicks.Com was formed and it was a rough transition. Some said they didnt like the setup, some said it was to much to go threw, but it seems everyone adjusted to Gotpicks since after all, al we had was sportsline. Go check out sportsline these days. They appear to be the ones out of the loop !! So Gotpicks was started for 1 fucking reason. TO HELP EVERYONE OUT. Not just the ones that are in the so called IN-Crowd or the ones that want to private message certain ones. We all do this, including me but that wasnt the purpose of the site. I was just in the chat room this evening, and there were about 15 peeps in there. Maybe 3 were chatting. It's a CHAT-ROOM boys. It cost you nothing which leads to another topic !!! We all have our in-crowds, but at WHO'S COST ??? Now, if you haven't donated to Ricky, than don't FUCKING RESPOND !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The guy has NEVER asked for nothing and probably never will, so does that give you the right to use what he has for you gain ?? This is what he wanted, but our we Players or users ??

My props goes out to BP and his site. He is damn near the only one that has done ANYTHING for Ricky within the past 6 months. That is fucking PATHETIC and yeah, say fuck you, but if you know who you are if you fall into that catgeory !! BP stepped up to the plate and donated some loot for Ricky to help maintain his site, or should I SAY EVERYONES SITE !! Where is my BIG players at now ???

For those that is worried about my gig, no need to. Just worry about what your gig is. MY SITE is not targeted at the Gotpicks crowd, believe me. I have simply stated that if anyone wanted the selections from the 2 that I have brought on board, you are more than welcome to SEND RICKY a donation at a redueced cost and I pocket NOTHING from my Gotpicks family !!! NOTHING !!!!! Niether does Ricky. I know you guys dont want him to post what it cost to maintain his site on a per month basis ??????

Guys, just step up to the plate and do what's right !!! This is a GOOD thang and it appears everyone is out for their own bets interest and we are forgetting the person that allows us to be here !!!! No way, we can be losing more money than what we are pocketing !!
