Tourney notes from the shark

SEEDS CAN PRODUCE FRUIT:

Boy was this great in the Conference tournaments. Look for a gap of 2 in the seeds where the better seed is an underdog. 31-10 ATS since '83.

1# SEEDS

#1 seeds, the cream of the crop, the best team in the league over the course of the regular Conference season. #1 seeded teams, overall in CCT's are 272-217 ATS but this record improves to 224-167 ATS if they are playing a foe with any revenge - single, double or split revenge, that is the foe won the first time against the #1 seed but lost the second time vs. the #1 seed. And if our #1 seed is pick to 12-, the record goes to 167-112 ATS, again a very solid 60% on a sample size of nearly 300 games. Once again, repeating this scenario, #1 seeded teams from pick to 12- are 167-112 ATS, over 60%, if playing any foe with single, double or split revenge.

A couple of things to note in this regard:

*If our #1 seed is playing a team seeded 9 or worse, 17-4 ATS.

* If our #1 team is playing at home, 19-5 ATS

*If our #1 team is playing vs. a foe who has 10 or more point revenge, 93-52 ATS.

*If our #1 seed is playing a foe that is .560 or worse, 79-42 ATS.

*And finally, putting those last two parameters into one, consider making a play on this beauty: #1 seed from pick to 12- when playing any .560 or less foe with revenge of 10 or more from a previous meet is 49-18 ATS.

FAVORED DONKEY WINNERS PLAYING WITHOUT REST

If a donkey team is favored and wins S/up and has to playing the following day versus top seeded rested team, play against the donkey. For my aggie friend in Enid, that doesn't mean to play with a real donkey. This customer who I won't name is one perverted guy.

Playing on the rested team versus the Donkey who played the day before, your rested team laying up to -12 is 63-33 ATS.

Double revenge favorites-SUCK

When a team has lost S/up twice in the same season and plays a 3rd time as a FAVORITE, they are 32-39 ats in this role.

It gets better. Double revenge, favorites who have won 77% of there games for the season are a miserable 1-8 Ats.

TOURNEY FAVS PLAYING WITH SINGLE REVENGE

Tournament favorites playing with single season revenge have been great. Teams in this catogery now stand an amasing 23-2 Ats.

WINNING DOGS

I love dogs in tournament play who have won 25 or more games S/up for season. Dogs who have won 80%> of there season games are 19-12 Ats.

If Dog has won 80%> and is getting 2 1/2>, they stand a solid

11-2 Ats.

BIG BAD DOGS CAN PRODUCE BIG $$$$$$

You only get 1 or 2 of these a year in the tournaments and one of them is playing Tuesday Night..Play on this Dog who is less than .450 for season, <500 Ats for season, has lost 3 straight games, last 2 losses by 10 or more points, getting +5 or more points stands 23-3 ATS. If the Big Dog's opponent is off a win it is 14-0 ATS, if the dog is playing with 10 point or greater revenge its 16-0 Ats and if the dog we are playing is <300 for the season its 15-0 ATS.........
