Went 2-4 yesterday, having my 1st bad week since started posting a month ago. Here are 3 early plays, will have more later after researching.
1) Memphis Grizzlies (pickem) - Memphis is 10-0-1 ATS last 11 on the road. LA Clippers is 5-12 ATS in last 17 home games. LA is also 2-9 ATS on 2 days rest. Playing this one bigger than other bets.
2) Virginia Tech (+6) - Beat Georgetown 80-65 at home, VT has covered last 3 games and GT has lost last 5 ATS. GT is 2-7 ATS at home and 5-15 ATS overall.
3) Buffalo (+1.5) - Buffalo is 14-9 ATS and 8-3 ATS on road. Akron is 8-14-2 ATS and Buffalo beat Akron at home 89-83. Buffalo has covered last 5 games overall, covered last 5 on the road, and won 6 in a row straight up.
Need a big weekend to get to a winning record for the week. Good luck on your bets today!!

I am new here but I have been reading your posts for awhile now. I like this board because there isn't all the crap like the other boards. I never boast about winning and never whine about losing, since I have been on both sides. I also never tell other's how stupid their picks are, because I have made some pretty stupid ones' myself. Well anyways, here are my picks for today:
Texas Tech -9.5 -- Have too much to lose to not play well. The tourney is in their grasp so I think they will destroy Iowa St. today.
BYU +2 -- This one scares me, but BYU is playing well lately, although I usually find every reason to bet against them.
Stanford -3.5 -- Just believe that they got their scare on Thurs. and will be ready to roll today.
Texas -5.5 -- Look for them to crush K. State today
Miss St. -3 -- Payback for the first meeting
I am looking at Pepperdine also, but not sure on that one yet.
Take these with some caution since I am new here.

what a tuff week.. i was up and now....big hole. betting those early games the last 2 days have killed me, and then betting the half time on those even killed me more!!! I need a BIG GAME for today to get a little back from the book! I decided its do or die with this game...YOU ALL KNOW WHAT IT IS. Mo Valley: So sorry again for the 0-4 day ATS in the valley yesterday. I'm still waiting on my GOY will probably be the finals or semi's or MValley tourney...anyways here's my plays:
Mo Valley:
Creighton -4 against SW MO State. A huge game for the Blue Jays after coming off a successful win in their season finale. Creighton has won the last three Mo Valley tourneys and automatic bids. This year, they need at least a finals showing (23 wins) and that would get them in. I'm looking at an SIU/CU final as my GOY, but we'll see what happens, will probably happen in the semi's if I read my bracket right. SW Mo state has absolutely nothing to play for other than a run to the NCAA dance through Creighton, SIU, and either UNI or Wichita STate, it doesn't happen today, Altman is too tough a coach to not get a double digit confidence building win today.
Drake+8 1/2..I'm strong on this game. Wichita State is playing great and could very well blow the doors off of Drake. The public is on the Shockers but the line keeps dropping. For everyone that got burned on ISU and Bradley yesterday, I look at Drake as pulling the same shit today. Betting it average, but like the Dog to come in.
UNC+9 1/2: Roy Williams vs Coach K...10 points to beat me..I'll take Roy, who rarely gets blown out by his arch nemesis. In fact, I've been at a few KU/Duke games in the tourney and neither team has beaten the others (KU or UNC) by more than five. Take the points and take em while it's high. I don't care if Duke lost their last home game against G Tech, it's Roy and Coach K in another classic today.

I like Northwestern (-1.5) home vs Michigan. NW is 7-1 ATS at home and 13-7 overall. NW has covered their last 7 games and Michigan has lost last 4 ATS on road. Big ten teams are tough at home and Northwestern should cover.
