A pretty shabby night all around for me except the fact that i bailed myself out with the over total in college football and the under in the yanks game besides that it was tough going:
1-1 cfb
3-4 nhl
1-4-1 in mlb
5-9-1 overall but still made a profit as i bet a little more $$ on the over in football and the under in the yanks game.
for tonight i have the following:
padres/cards over 8.5 runs
astros/braves over 7 runs
padres +1.5 run line (+110)
astros ml +110
for college football i backing the wolfpack +4.5 and hitting the over once again tonight hard 45pts.

Roll on the Astros +110 today @ atlanta. Smoltz and Clemens today. Fellas, I'm on the Astros for the series and this is the "hinge" game for the Bravos. However, as Corso would say, not so fast my friend. The Rocket in the post season against Smoltzie. You can't get much better. However, who still has gas in the tank and who limped to the pump. I'm rollin on Clemens and his stellar Post Season game face to get it done yet again today. The Braves will NOT get it done today. The Bats against Clemens are big time trouble. Houston has had success with Smoltz in the past this year and I don't see any reason to not back the Stros. Hell, last I heard, this game hadn't even sold out yesterday. If I wasn't in my boys wedding this weekend I would be on my way to Hotlanta to watch this one. Anyways, I really like Houston to take the 2-0 lead in the game today. I've struggled with the total, and advise to lay off. The game could be a surprisingly high score, but I just can't see these two gettting lit up. Anyways,

Squirrel, I think that game has been postponed !!
Playing the O/U tonight in the NC St**Ga. Tech !!
Look for the line the drop as weather could play a factor, but I still like the
over in this game. Bad weather causes turnovers which could lead to quick scores and both of these teams have turnover issues. Good Luck !!

ok fellas i was out all day yesterday so couldn't post but i did win a little coin with angels last night.
here's my play for today
One thing is for certain when the Padres and the Cardinals get together, you are going to see runs put up on the board. Over the last three years, the games played between these two teams have averaged 10 runs and have spurred the total to go over in 12 of the last 19 meetings. In the five games that have been played in St. Louis, the total has gone in every game for an average of 13 runs per contest. In the first game of their playoff series 13 runs crossed the plate as the Cardinals got out to a huge lead early and then held on to beat the Padres 8-5. The offense of the Cardinals may be the best in all of baseball behind the leadership of Albert Pujols. The Padres are a resilient team that will battle to the end, Take over 8.5 runs! Kings home opener, both teams played last night away and lost. Coyotes played tough in vancouver finishing but came up short in gretzky's debut coaching.
Roenick was en fuego last night for the kings.
Nedved from what i read is out for the coyotes with a knee injury.

i look up your posts the way that i do with Takis. also, i remember how you blasted onto the scene here when you picked the Titans over the bookie buster in the plays offs.
having said that, a couple of pictures of Orton drinking in some bar really isnt an edge. it wasnt like he was Manning studying playbooks and film all the time. the 5 picks that he threw the other week give a better story.
also, i dont imagine that the Browns, because they are coached by Romeo, sat around and ate cookies and drank warm milk while they were on their bye.
overall, believe it or not, the Bears are more superior in talent than the Browns.
