Here's why: Morris is a career 1-5 Postseason with an ERA a little over 4. Yes, he has a nice record against the Pads..but this isn't a regular season game in July...San Diego has their back to the wall, Peavy has come out and said Fractured ribs or no fractured ribs he is taking the hill in Game 4. We saw the Pads make gains in the offense when they were down in Game 1 and 2. On the other side of the hill Woody is hit or miss. He can be dominant, but have you been watching this series. As predicted the Cards bats are hot. Now I'm not as strong on this play as I was on the Angels over last night in Game 3. But here's the gig..both back end rotations have looked shaky. I can't see either pitching being dominant, but I could see Woody giving it a 3 run 7 inning effort. I'm banking on the fact that the Pads hammer Morris early. If that happens, we will have another easy over fellas as the Cards will get a few off the Pads in that cavern of a baseball park.

SAN DIEGO +120 (the Cards found themselves in this same position last year at L.A., and Jose Lima shut them down in Game 3; L.A. happened to be a strong play for me as a home dog that night; Woody gets it done in this one; not quite a PUNCHOUT, but my top MLB play of the day)

Just back from Camelots in DC, need to make some of that money back. Didn't get enough info this week for NCAAF Totals system. Posted totals 6-0 last week (only played 3, so posted&played record of 12-2..although now that I understand the #'s a little better, system is actually unbeaten if I would have played at a certain level from the start, 14-0).
In case I'm not up in time, I'll get this one out there. I'm gonna play U 46 Marshall/VT. It's been pouring all day Friday. Saturday will be the same thing. Should be lots of running, keep the clock moving. Plus, no Mike Imoh, so the younger guys will get some carries (after Humes). Coming off an emotional win last week, expect a sluggish start. All three of Marshall's games have gone under.

I've come out of my slumber to post today because I think all of you are injecting some hard-core crack. What's up with all the Badger-haters??? To be honest, I love it because the line has slipped under 7 to 6.5. Take the Badge for crying out loud!!
Granted NW is at home and coming off a bye week, but who have they beaten??? Lets see...Ohio and Northern Illinois both at home, NIU only by one. They got smoked by ASU away (obviously a high-calaber team) and they lost a shoot-out at home against Penn State (that reminds me... Penn State is the worst undefeated team in the nation... take Ohio State-4 today).
The Badge, on the other hand, trampled Bowling Green and Temple (not a huge deal), they allowed 5 points to NCU, they beat Michigan by a FG, and they smoked Indy. This is another high calaber team that will beat the piss out of the Wildcats.
That's my case... I'm spent... Go with the Badge -6.5 and Ohio State -4 for a nice little 2-0 and if you're up for it, throw in a couple easy unders to go 4-0 (WV/Rutgers 50 and Virg/BC 46... in the rain).
Feels good to be back!

Well I hope last nights loss did not derail the train ( 8-2 ats cfb last ten) Today playing RUTGERS +4 (will watch pregame if WVU starting QB is out and White must play entire game will jump on this large) UCLA -1 & and last but not least PSU +3.5 I look for a BARNBURNER with PSU finally getting their "respect" After tonight everyone in the country will know the names CONNER (LB) & WILLIAMS (WR) & BUTLER (WR) & KING( DB &WR)In fact I look for Justin King to run one or two reverses for big yards!
