Sorry Winstrol I disagree on this one. They clinched and have nothing to play for. Games after the clinching teams are 1-3, the only win SD last night 1-0 in 11 innings.

But, the white sox are 11-5 vs. the tribe, 3-4 vs boston, and 3-3 vs. the yanks. If they lay down this weekend, they get cleveland in the alds.

Not only will the Sox rest one or two regulars, but they may also feel that they DON'T want to win this series.
They could eliminate the Yankees or the Red Sox by losing it. Not that they would even consider doing such a thing of course, but asked what the series meant to the White Sox, Mark Buehrle, Friday's scheduled starter said, "Nothing."

OK. I thought it worked the same as football. In that case, I would think that may have more incentive to give less than their best this weekend. I agree with the Indians play.
