--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ok Fellas for Race 7 I am going with the 8,3,7 in a Trifecta Box along with the 7 horse ATB (across the board, to win (1), Place (2) and show (3) ).
The 7 is the class of the race and starting in the 7 post will help him. He has has some Bullet workouts and is trianing very well. Imerlasim will set off the pace and challenf late, but with no luck. Consecrate is the long shot and has the speed to stay with Lion Heart, but has been known tp fade down the stretch at this distant. Baffert is always dangerous and this horse has the tools to challenge. Consecrate is also a gelding (Nuts cut out) and for a 3 year old that is important. He has only 1 thing on his mind instead of 2. You get the point !!!
Race 8 I'm going with the 9,1,3 trifecta box and with the 1 Irish Warrior ATB and the 9 to place. Wally Dollase owns this track and he is a very good trainer ( Ten Most Wanted ). The only thing is his horses don't do well in the Derby b/c of the surface of the tracks. Irish Warrior is listed as the 2nd fav on the morning line, but I see him going off as the fav (hope not). He is a solid all around horse and will probably set off the pace in this race. Sarafan is another quality horse and you have to love a speed jockey on a speed horse starting on the outside. Outside speed kills and might do so today. Drysdale is another quality trainer. I am only throwing in the 3 for exotics b/c of his trial times and b/c Bobby Frankel has been known to have a trick up his sleeve !!
Race 9 I am going with the 5, 9, and the 7 I think (Toccet)
The 5 is a 6/5 favorite and should be. This is an awesome horse and will not be beat today, sorry but favorites do win. Only 1 horse in my mind has a chance and that is Buddy Gil 12-1. Buddy Gil will be the spoiler if there is one for the reason I said in the last race. Outside speed. Pleasantly Perfect likes to set the tempo and if he and Buddy Gil get in a speed duel, Plesantly Perfect is DEAD. Toccet could spell trouble as well with speed. PP likes to have the lead and could challenge early and hard. Anyway, this should be the best one of the day and I can't wait to see how it unfolds. The 5 will hit the board and should win with ease, but I'm throwing in the other 2 horses that could spell trouble and hope it hits. That would be a 6/5, 12-1, and a 20-1. That would be a nice Trifecta, nothing huge, but nice !!
Good Luck to all and now I'm tired, shezzzzz. Let the games begin $$$$
