Here are some plays to start with:
ARMY +10.5 (PUNCHOUT PLAY) (same category as the game in which Syracuse covered against Virginia)
ARIZONA STATE +16.5 (PUNCHOUT PLAY) (the Trojans are so damn good, but this could possibly be their toughest opponent in the regular season, and the Sun Devils get them at home off a road game)
FLORIDA STATE -21
OKLAHOMA STATE +3.5
MARYLAND +3.5
WEST VIRGINIA +10
ALABAMA +3.5

Boise St. -10 -120 (bt the hook)
This game may be my biggest bet of the year. Hawaii is a shell of their former teams this year and is very young. Boise has has 10 days to prepare for the Rainbows and will not suffer the usual "Luau Letdown" that many teams do on the island. I do not see this game being close at all.

GOING to make a nice size wager on PSU this weekend ! I know it will not be a popular pick but all the signs are pointing PSU way! Line is now PSU +2.5 I would wait because I got a good feeling line will go to 3 or 3.5! Why PSU well (A) this is a HUGE game for the NITS the place will be rocking (B) MINNY can run but vs good defensive teams they struggle passing(PSU has great defense throw out last week they always struggle stopping NORTHWESTERN last few years just cant figure out all the shifts ect..) But MINNY aint that, its line up in the "I" and run it north and south. JOE PA eats up a team when they get one dimensional. (C) First road game in a month for MINNY and it wont be on the carpet ! Joe will have that grass so long you could hunt quail in it!! (D) coming in off OT game vs Purdue with MICH on deck! (E) NITS have talent IF they had a good QB this team would be very dangerous ( 2 freshman wr Williams & db King that will play in the NFL ( both crazy fast db JUSTIN KING also plays wr) QB Robision a liability but can cause problems and if hes hot GAME OVER! (F) MINNYS defense aint the GREAT WALL OF CHINA I think PSU will move it just enough (G) I know Maroney is tough but he will be neutralized some and that leaves it in the hands of MINNYS QB and this is my biggest x-factor he will throw a couple of picks! (H) It wont be pretty but when the dust settles PSU and the BOOKS will be smiling BOOK IT DANO!

LSU -14 (buy the hook) LSU has covered 92% of the time in this series in the last 13 meetings plus LSU is the best road cover team in the SEC in the 2000s. They look to get back on track, and will crush a bad Miss St. team.

Gentlemen, I've been away from the gotpicks action for over 1 year (not that anyone would remember me) but have made my return and am ready to start capping again. Starting with a clean slate, here's my CFB picks:
LSU -14.5 - If I see 14 I'll probably double up.
BC -38.5 - I live in MAC country and Ball St. sucks w/ their starters
Boise St. -11 - this is easy money.
Texas Tech -19- Pour on the points
Minnesota -3 - Penn St. exposed
Va Tech -11 - Too much D, Big East sucks
Mich ST. -6 - Pains me as a UofM fan, but this is double digits

A couple Total plays for me since those appear to be the only things I've been doing decent on (9-2 posted for NCAAF). The system gave me six for Saturday, but I'm gonna play:
O 46.5 Indiana/Wisconsin
Last 4 in series have gone Over (and 7 of last 8), but they haven't met since 2002. I originally booked at O 48 Thur night, but put some more on it tonight.
U 52 Utah/North Carolina
O 49.5 Rice/UAB
Points Rice has given up by the half this year: 38 vs. La. Tech, 49 at UCLA, 42 at Texas. All 3 have gone Over for the game. Third straight road game for Rice (although bye last week). UAB's two lined games have gone Under though. Offense hasn't be clicking like expected. Maybe Saturday they get it in gear for the home fans. They only have SMU at home next.
I may play U 47.5 Florida/Alabama but I've been screwed twice on Bama Unders so far. I'll see if anything happens with the line.
The other two that I don't plan on playing are O 64.5 Temple/Bowling Green and U 49.5 Southern Miss/ECU. BG has to be pissed about their showing last week on national TV, and they hung 70 on the Owls last year at Temple.
Oh yeh, I also took BC (-21.5) 1H. I wouldn't expect Ball State to score in the half (or maybe even the game). Trailed at Iowa 49-0 and at Auburn 35-0 at the halves. This game they've even got more players suspended than either of those other two: 16 players (9 starters), including their front 4 on defense. Coach says they'll be playing 10 true freshmen, "some of whom probably wouldn't be playing if this situation hadn't happened." Somehow I'm sure it will be 24-3.

I have been laying low for a while and just following the board...but today im going to put up 5x my bet on this play!!!!!! Sry for the peeks that cant get quarters bet in.
1. BC/Ball St over 13 pts for the 1st quarter -115
2. BC -10 1/2 for the 1st quarter -110
Since Ball St has 9-10 players suspended for this game ...again...Boston College will rack up the points.... im hoping BC score 3-4 TDs in the 1st quarter....

Anyway, gonna try to break even on my first half plays and go with Bowling Green -17.
It's their first game since anemic performance at Boise State.
It's their first home game this season.
It's Homecoming.
Most importanly, it's Temple.
Should just stick to totals, hit the Wisc one big.

YEA BABY PSU EXPOSED to be talented if QB was just a smidge better .... I like the backup QB has way more upside but JOE PA plays the Sr.in this position!! How about the Freshman class! Rest of the country knows now! OAKLAHOMA -7 & N.D. +3.5 that Purdue game vs Minny dont loom as large now!
