SYRACUSE -2
Yesterday: 2-4
Wins:
COLORADO STATE +7
CLEMSON +2
Losses:
MIAMI OHIO +15.5
RUTGERS -2.5 (nice finish by the Scarred Knights)
SMU +1.5
KANSAS -24 (if I was around to see this line go all the way up to 30, 11 point line move from opening line of 19, I would have pounded Florida Atlantic at that number; I've never seen a line move that many points in any game)
NCAA Record: 6-5
1-0 (PUNCHOUT PLAYS)
vegas: nice job on B.C. along with everyone else
wolf: nice call on UCLA
pc: I don't have a clue about soccer, but nice job with our fellow Americans; you loved it, so I played it; I can't believe I actually bet a soccer game, but then again, I do play the WNBA!

OLAY OLAY OLAY OLAY!!! All right, enough on that, I"m gonna make you guys sick of hearing it.
I won't post this wednesday because I'll be getting ready to hammer Sin City on Thursday..here's why I'm taking the under in Guatemala/USA when it comes out on Wednesday..I expect 2 1/2:
USA book passage as big three pull away

The United States booked their spot at next summer's finals in Germany with a convincing 2-0 win over Mexico. Despite the loss, the Mexicans can count on qualifying while Costa Rica put themselves alone in third with a big win in Panama.
Two superb set-pieces in a stretch of five second-half minutes saw the United States blank arch-rivals Mexico 2-0 and become the first team from North, Central America and the Caribbean to book their place at Germany 2006.
After a dour first half defined largely by robust physicality and disjointed football, the US took a 53rd-minute lead when Eddie Lewis's long free-kick from the middle of the park picked out towering full-back Oguchi Onyewu, who headed against the post. Luckily for the States, Steve Ralston was on the scene to bundle the ball home and send the unusually pro-American Ohio crowd into wild celebrations.
Just five minutes later, a short corner found its way back to Claudio Reyna who coolly picked out DaMarcus Beasley alone in front of goal. As the Mexican backline failed to pull up and force the PSV man into an offside position, he collected with time and space before slotting past Oswaldo Sanchez to seal a famous win for the Americans.
Amid the din of fireworks and frenzied celebrations at Crew Stadium, the usually stone-faced US boss Bruce Arena could not hide his joy. "Mexico are always a tough opponent," he said. "We are thrilled to have beaten them and even more thrilled to have booked our place in Germany next summer. The goals came at a crucial time in the game and the crowd was fantastic throughout. It was a good night."

The USA face Guatemala on Wednesday in a largely meaningless game for the North Americans. Arena admitted that he will use a heavily experimental squad now that his team have secured qualification. "We will go with a team that can win, but I will be experimenting," he said.
The US will have "clinch" effect going..starting roughly 5-8 players who won't make the Copa team. I don't expect Keller in goal, but I'll take Friedel or Howard any day. ALso, expect Reyna (captain), Beasley, Donovan, Wolff, McBride, Oluchewia to all sit. Guatemala still has a shot at the cup and I think they might take the side as well. US defense is one of the deepest in the world. If you see the total on Wednesday at 2 1/2 or more..ROLL ON THE UNDER IN GUATEMALA/USA!
All right on to day bases:
MLB BEST BET: Cleveland Indians -110..GOW type money for me. I think this one is eassssyyyy!!
MLB Total Bet: I'm rollin the under 7 1/2 in Milwaukee between Mr. Davis and Mr. Peavy.
MLB Dog Bet: I'm rollin on the Yanks @ +130. Chaconi gets it done for the jabroni's today in Oaktown. Zito's numbers against the Yanks over his career don't impress me.
Have a good one all...USA TO THE SHOW BABY$$$$$$$$$

Thanks to those who convinced me UTEP, BC and UCLA were good plays as I lost with Texas A&M, Mich, ans Louis-Laf. Taking Georgia was the deciding factor so I ended up with a positive day.
Today I like Virginia Tech -3, this line opened at 5.5 and I have toughted V. Tech all spring and summer to win the ACC so I'm sticking with them. Though NC State had the number one defense last year, they lost 5 of their last 7 games and with a new defensive coordinator this year this isn't their year to pull off the upset.
V. TECH -3
The predicted Big East champ faces off against in-state rival and SEC cellar dwellar Kentucky. If only this were a basketball game would it be really worth watching!!! Louisville was close to running the table last year at 11-1 while KY finished a dismall 2-9. The line opened at 22 but has crept to 23 and 24. As for the QB situation mentioned by another poster, Stefon Leflors may be gone but Brian Brohm is a stud. In fact it was Brohm who led the Cardinals against the Canes and Lefors who stalled the "O". That said giving up 23 points on the road against an in-state rival
seems like risky business.... KY offense is woeful averaging just over 10 ponts per game last year and failed to score more than 17 in 9 of 11 games. I'm taking.......

i want to first off say that yesterday was an awesome day i hope for everyone. personally, i didn't lose one game all day yesterday and have started this year slapping my bookie. he's gonna shit himself when he sees the totatl numbers monday. congrats to all that posted and won plays yesterday.
i also feel that if everyone in here utilized money management and listened to people in here, you would win a ton of cash. The only negative is to not bet too many games (that's how you get fucked). i've allready said it, my goal is 15k from my bookie this year and i'm gonna do it. (lol) now onto my play
white sox -157. Detroit is just what garland needs. White sox bats are hot right now and they're not gonna let garland down tonight. garland has been struggling in his last three but he's lights out against det. this year. nothing changes as sox sweep tigers. gl
