back to making cash on wednesday, going 6-3 on my posted plays. brings the record for the week to 11-8-1. i told myself i was going to start posting my plays just once later in the day, but decided to throw that out the window. i will stick to giving my plays out as early as i can, so you can have all day to decide to play'em or fade'em, because it is your dough. here is what i've got so far for thursday night.......

I'm 4-2 so far on these this season....
I am still bitter about the last loss and if I lose this one then I will stop with at least a winning record. I look for emotional games, big trades and milestone nights when I pick these....I have one tonight.
The Rangers coach/gm/president Glen Sather stepped down as coach last night. The team did not like playing for him cause he is a cocky ass who thinks he is gods gift to hockey...he's not, as the rangers situation obviously shows....they are the yankees of the NHL without the championships and winning percentage. Their payroll is killing hockey. But they do have the talent to win.
They are 5-0 against the NYI this season. The last game was a fight filled blow out and I look for the same tonight. The players want the playoffs, they just didn't want it with Sather. Look for them to respond to the new coach (any coach would do) and at least try to make a run for the playoffs. Alot of these guys don't like being in NY and are on the trading block now. Look for them to show off what they can still do to all the scouts and step up their games. Plus we get a half puck!!

marquette-4 at south florida
santa barbara-3 at CS fullerton (BB)
niagara -8 at marist
Marquette 4-1 ATS last 5 on the road. South Florida 1-4 ATS last five at home. Nuff said.
Santa Barbara beat Fullerton at SB by 33 pts. Fulerton is much better at home and SB is not as good on the road but, even with that, 3 pts is too small a spread. This month SB lost to utah state by 9pts on the road and Fullerton lost at utah state by 16 points. At Idaho, SB lost by 12 and Fullerton lost by 10. So you have similar teams, with SB proven a little better and a previous matchup decided in SB's favor by 30+ points, I'll lay 3 on the road for SB.
Niagara 3-2 ATS last 5 road games.Marist 1-4 ATS last 5 home games. Last meeting Niagara beat Marist by 36 at home. At home Niagara beat Rider by 13. Marist lost to Rider at home by 7. Niagara beat St. Peters by 9 at home and Marist lost to St. Peters at home by 3. Niagara is the same team at home and on the road in terms of pts scored and allowed. Marist is better at home but not good enough to make it an 8 point game.
I also like Cal Riverside-3 and Manhattan-9 but not confident enough to post yet.
How about Tally yesterday? 0-3 UGH! I'm a big loser....

I don't know if anyone's sportsbook takes bets on Golf matchups but mine does. I have a good one for you today:
Take Shaun Micheel over David Toms. Here is my reasoning. Toms has been playing badly of late and is coming off a wrist injury. Micheel is an up and comer in the golf world. If they played each other yesterday it would have been all square after 18. So why am I betting on Micheel, b/c his odds are +120 in this match. I'll take that considering they would have tied yesterday. Trust me on this one.

Had a good day yesterday going 4-1 running my overall record to 42-28-1. NBA games look tough so I found 2 college games I bet on during my lunch break:
1) Eastern Washington (+2) - Eastern Washington is 8-1-1 ATS in their last 10 games and are 11-1 straight up in their conference. Weber St. is 2-6 ATS at home and 5-12 ATS overall. Weber St is 5-7 straight up in their conference, also Eastern Washington won 73-67 at home. I don't know why the line moved, but I will take the points on the better team.
2) Utah St (-14) - Utah St is 14-7-2 ATS overall and smoked Long Beach St 84-46 at home.

First, I would like to apologize to those who followed me on my NBA best bet of the year on SEATTLE last night. This game chewed up a lot of my bankroll. I am obviously very disgusted right now. I have surely gone down the drain over the last few weeks. I am done posting college hoops b/c I have lost my ass on my own plays. Those of you who have any solid picks in CBB, feel free to let me know. They would be greatly appreciated. As for the NBA, I will stick it out, and hopefully come out of this hole I am in. My large plays have killed me so far this year, especially that game last night. And I just cannot seem to win the close ones in my other games, as we saw last night. My lone win turns out to be a blowout, and I lose four close games. That really sucks! Well, here is what I am doing tonight:
