All right, got my GOW today for you all. Current GOW record posted on GP is 1-1 ATS..I also have a dog play.

    Yesterday 3-1 ATS

    Day:

    Nats under 8 1/2..Loser 5-4

    Yanks under 10 1/2..Winner 6-3

    KC over 9 1/2..Winner 10-5

    Philly over 10 1/2..Winner 8-5

    Game of the Week #3:

Did anyone notice the marathon between Toronto and Anaheim last night. I didn't have money on it but started watching in the 9'th when K Rod got in and out of trouble after giving up the tying run in the bottom of the 9'th. Well, that sucker ended up going 18..yes 18 innings last night. The Blue Jays rolled 7 pitchersd out last night including their normal day to day middle reliever..Vinny Chulk. The closer (Bautista) has now thrown 4 out of the last 6 days including the last 2 in a row. The starting pitcher for the Jays today..Scott Downs...is a piece of #$#^!

Hey GoCubsGo..you remember the fading Scott Downs trend last year..the guy was god awful! Well, the Jays absolutely need an ACE effort and this CLOWN isn't it gonna get it done. In 2.2 innings of work against the BJays his ERA is over 16.

You see where I'm going? Both teams rank in the top 10 in MLB in most offensive categories (sans Homers for the Jays). I'm seeing an absolute big number on the board today. Hell, I might even spot the under 2 TD's and a FG today.

Boys, I love the over in Texas/Toronto tonight. I booked it this morning at 10 1/2 -120. I think we are going to see both Park and Downs get lit up. Look at these cut and pastes for more info:

RANGERS PROBABLE STARTER: Chan Ho Park (8-5, 5.66 ERA). Park is 1-3 with a 5.40 ERA in five starts this month. The Korean right-hander was roughed up for six runs and nine hits in 3 1-3 innings of an 8-3 loss to Oakland on Sunday.

BLUE JAYS PROBABLE STARTER: Scott Downs (0-1, 5.53 ERA). Downs is replacing right-hander Pete Walker in Toronto's rotation. The 29-year-old southpaw has made 14 appearances, including one start. Downs was smacked around for five runs and four hits in 2 2-3 innings of a 12-10 loss to the Texas Rangers in his only start of the season on July 9.

Last 4 in the series (2005) result..the first 3 games between the 2 went under...but Toronto was a shell of this team they have now:

    4/17/05 Tor 6-5 D/g -115 -123 10.5-125 10.5-125 Young,ch W O

    7/08/05 Tor 7-6 N/g +141 +144 9.0-120 9.0-105 Cordero,fr W O

    7/09/05 Tor 12-10 N/g -210 -210 10.0-120 10.0-120 Rogers,ke W O**- This was my boy Down's only start this year.

    7/10/05 Tor 9-8 D/g -163 -163 10.5-120 10.5+110 Loe,ka W O

Fellas, do what ya like..But the Jays are suddenly within 4 games of the Yanks and Sox. Texas is still in the wild card hunt. Today's game will be fireworks at the Ballpark in Arlington

PC's Game of the Week: Roll on over 10 1/2-120 in Texas/Toronto.

UPSET SPECIAL: A tribute to Bozo and the TExas two step. Roll on the Stros @ home +110..are you kidden me? They beat Pedro, and now face Benson, and their still a dog? I don't get it..someone explain it to me. Yeah..Wandy..doesn't matter. Look at Benson's numbers against the Stros lifetime, not just as a Met. I'm out, my dog play:

ROLL ON THE STROS +110 ML

have a good day all, I'm out.

Fantasy football leagues will be set up this weekend. I'm sending out the 12 invites for league I and 20 invites for league II. First 12 to answer league II (and pay Ricky) are in. You can log on, check out the site, and then if you decide not to play..no big whoop. We have about 30 interested people for 12 spots. Sounds about right. Looking forward to it fellas.

Gotpicks 2004 Defending Fantasy football Champ: Gyphin.

    I'm out fellas, let's roll.

Oh yeah..to my FLA brethren on the board, I'll be in South Beach Oct 23'rd for the Chiefs/Fins game. BP, JT, and all the others, when we hitten the golf ball? I'll also be at Level that Saturday night if you wanna get your "club" on.

PC--I cannot agree with you more. My book does not have baseball lines until 10:00 a.m. central, but as soon as they open, I am on the over (no matter what).

I watched Scott Downs when he was a Cub and I think he has gotten worse over time.

Playing the Over Texas/Toronto. I wish the Bears had offense like this.

See you in a few weeks at Wrigley for Cubs/Cards.
