Because the Tiger-Cats came through for me last Saturday, I will try again this week. I liked all four home dogs, and 3 of the 4 cashed, so on we go to this week:

    TORONTO +5.5

    CFL Record: 1-1

I don't know about the rest of the cappers out there, but I am finding myself playing a lot more O/U's lately than teams, seems to be more predictable. Anyway, todays play is gonna be another O/U

I am on with Bing, I quite like....

Shitty day yesterday, shitty week so far. Some say dont chase losses, I say time to get even. Im all in on this one:

    YANKS/TWINKIES OVER 10 1/2

Small v. Mays on a beautiful day in the Bronx. Mays...1-7 TSR vs. Yankees with 5.24 ERA and 1.366 WHIP, he is also 0-3, 9.33 in his last four road starts. Aaron Small will pitch in another spot start for the Yanks and Twins bats finally woke up last night. They should have scored about 12 runs but left the bases loaded 3 times. The Yanks are fired up right now and will score some runs today. I think we see a 8-6 type game.

    Add

    Yanks Rl +140

Reds/Dodger over 8.5 (agree with other posts)

Yanks/Yanks over 10.5 2 teamer (with ya Honicky)

and my special play = Nats/Nats over 2 teamer (Frank fired em up last night, Nick Johnson is back, starter for Atl just called back up, Nats get this one and lots of runs from both teams)

sorry hilly i disagree with ya on this one, I'm on:

Braves ML / Yanks over 10.5 parlay. (8 units) The Nats are reeling and are going to be devastated with last nights loss. I agree with honicky and hilly on the over hence the parlay. pays 1.7 / 1

    Thursday's Selection 7/28/05 : Status Pending

Selection: Atlanta Braves RL -1.5 (Sosa/Drese must start)

(Sosa has been a very strong asset for the Atlanta Braves this year! He holds a 5-1 record with a modest 2.55 ERA! On the other hand Washington sends a sub par pitcher in Ryan Drese that in his last 3 starts is 1-2 with a 7.53 record! Washington is the Lowest scoring team in the majors scoring less than 4 runs per game. Atlanta's pitching staff is one of the hardest staffs to score on allowing less than 4 runs a game! I'm backing the Bravos to win by 2+ for my Free Selection!)

    Wednesday's Selection 7/27/05 : WINNER

Selection: Oakland A's ML (Haren/Elarton must start)

(The A's are one of the Hottest teams in the Majors as of now and loss last night 2-0 to the Tribe. Cleveland is 2-5 SU in their last 7 games after scoring 1-3 runs. Oakland gives up one of the fewest hits per game in the MLB! Oakland is 25-5 as a Home Favorite this year from 170's to 200's. The Indains are 4-19 in Road Games in which Elarton has pitched in the last 2 years. In Oakland, on Home Turf being one of the Hottest Teams playing against a sub par pitcher, regarldess of the 170ish line, Im backing the Oakland A's as my Free Play!)

    Tuesday's Selection 7/26/05: WINNER

Selection: Nationals / Braves Under the Total

(Smoltz has been an ABSOLUTE ANIMAL in his last 8 starts! Livan has been for the majority of the year besides his last 2 starts. Washington is 1-5 (O/U) in their last 6 games, and 1-4-1(O/U) in their last 6 away. Atlanta is 2-4 (O/U) in their last 6 games. Both teams have their Studs on the mound. After Livans "Mental Breakdown" last game he may have something to prove! Play the UNDER as our Free Play!)

    Mondays Selection 7/25/05: WINNER

Selection: Chicago White Sox RL w/ Garcia on mound!

(Kansas City is without a win (0-9) this year against the Pale Hose Sox, Garcia and the White Sox are 7-0 on away games where they played back to back home games! Without a doubt Greinke has pitched better in his last several outtings, but the fact still remains AGAINST The Pale Sox the Royals are 0-5 when Greinke Starts! Garcia is a stud on the road this year! Back the Pale Sox)

Hey all, we slammed the Dodgers/Reds over last night with ease. Zach Duke got rained out so the Pirates didn't last, but I got no action from my local. ANyways, here's my card for today:

Washington/Atlanta under 8 1/2..I'm sorry I gotta disagree JT. I like the way Drese has been pitching with the Nats and Sosa is a quality hurler too. He will only go 5/6 innings, but the bully has been better for ATL as of late.

    PLAY ON UNDER 8 1/2 Nats/Bravos

Yanks/Twins under 10 1/2...I cashed last time I played the under on Small (13 1/2 and it ended at 12 with Rangers) by fading the public huge. They are all over the over today and I think Mays is a junk pitcher who rarely gives up the big inning.

    Play on under 10 1/2...yanks/Twins...Mays/Small.

Good luck all. Slam the man. These two plays are opposite of most of this board, so play what YOU like...

I wish I was on that Yankee over. Looking decent so far Honicky.

    2 picks for today:

Cleveland +105. Cliff Lee is much better than Gil Meche.

Anaheim -130. It is a little scary as the angels are reeling and the jays are surging but i think this is a good value. Lackey is pitching great and the angels are too consistent and too good of a team to have a prolonged losing streak.

    Good luck

I rolled with my WNBA plays while in Vegas from Fri.-Tues. (7-2 with 1 SPECIAL PLAY winner), but I will not count those games on my record since I did not get to post them. Let's keep it rolling with these plays:

    CONNECTICUT -6.5

    WASHINGTON -7.5

    Yesterday: 1-0

    Win:

    HOUSTON +2.5

    Season Record: 42-35 (54.55%)

    10-9 (SPECIAL PLAYS)

All right, we split the early games (nice hit JT.but admit it, you were sweating it!) with the Yanks under hitten and the Nats under a 1/2 run loser. Here's what I have for tonight:

ROLL ON OVER 9 KC/Tampa Bay. THese two teams light each other up and if the Royals bats can put up 5+ a game against the talented White Sox pitching talent, they will do it against Kazmir. On the other side of the coin, TB has been doing real well against sub par pitching teams. Also, in the first 4 games of the year, the over is 3-1. PUb is huge on the under as well and the line opened at 8 1/2.

    PLAY ON OVER 9 KC/Tampa

ROLL ON OVER 11 Colorado/Philly: Tejeda rolls into in Coors with his first start in his career against the Rocks. Brung Yung Kim toes the rubber for the Rocks.

    FORMULA FOR THE OVER:

Phils big Sticks + Kim pitching + Mile high air + pub % on under = EASY COVER ON THE OVER!

    Good luck all

Ok Yanks RL came in nicely, though all in all not the best afternoon, got a little gready and went with my gut on the Nats. Cubs screwed me as usual, next time I say I'm playin Cubs someone shoot me. Tonight I have a few game I like alot.

    Phillies -131

    Cle - 104

    LAA - 140

I also threw just a small chunk on a 2 teamer Pirates/Stro's, reason Dontrelle had sucked in the second half, and Pedro or not Houston is on a tear. This may not come in but if it does it comes in big, worth the money.

    Lets smack em up
