HAVENT POSTED IN A WHILE, SINCE I USUALLY JUST THROW OUT MY PICKS IN THE CHAT ROOM. NICE WEEKEND, SO LETS GO OUT ON TOP WITH ONE PLAY. AN SINCE I HAVENT, HERES MY LITTLE WRITEUP.
TORONTO BLUE JAYS +130
CHACIN , THE SURPRISE ROOKIE FOR THE BLUE JAYS, TAKES THE MOUND TO AVOID THE SWEEP ON THE ROAD FOR THE JAYS. CHACIN HAS BEEN SOLID THE WHOLE YEAR, AND HE PITCHES MUCH BETTER ON THE ROAD, PITCHING AT AN ERA OF 2.65 WITH A 4-2 RECORD. IN HIS LAST THREE ROAD OUTINGS , HE HAS GIVEN UP A TOTAL OF 5 ER'S ,WHILE PITCHING 20.2 INNINGS PITCHED. ON THE OTHER HAND, ARMAS HAS NOT BEEN AS LUCKY. THE PLUS SIDE FOR ARMAS IS THAT HE IS AT HOME, WHERE HE PITCHES WELL, HAVING A 3-0 RECORD WITH A 1.88 ERA. HOWEVER, AFTER LOOKING AT THE TEAMS HE FACED, HE FACED THE SEATTLE MARINERS, A TEAM THAT LEADS THE MLB IN UNDERS, I BELIEVE. HE ALSO FACED THE OAKLAND A'S , WHO WERE STRUGGLING MIGHTILY AT THE TIME, AND HAVE SINCED TURNED THE CORNER. ALSO, ARMAS DOES USUALLY TEND TO THROW MANY PITCHES IN ONLY 5 INNINGS OF WORK, A SIGN OF CONTROL PROBLEMS BUT EVERY NOW AND THEN HE WILL GET OUT OF THEM. DONT BE FOOLED BY THE HOME ERA. THE TEAMS HE HAS FACED AT HOME ARE : OAKLAND A'S, 27TH IN OFFENSE, AND THE SEATTLE MARINERS, 28TH IN OFFENSE..TWO OFFENSIVELY CHALLENGED AL TEAMS THAT HAVENT FACED THEM ALL YEAR, AND TRYING TO ADJUST TO NL PITCHING. THE OTHER TWO TEAMS ARE THE ATLANTA BRAVES, WHICH IS A GOOD TEAM, AND HE PITCHED WELL..THE OTHER IS THE MILWAUKEE BREWERS, WHICH YOU GUESSED IT, IS IN THE BOTTOM 25 IN OFFENSE ( 26TH ). WHILE THE BLUE JAYS OFFENSE IS ANYTHING SHORT OF GREAT, IM BETTING THAT THE BLUE JAYS WONT LET THEIR CANADIAN RIVALS SWEEP. JAYS AND CHACIN TO DA BANK!!!

What a heart breaker on TBay the other day...I was counting my money already.....and good old Lou ..leave his lame duck pitcher in and gets bomb and yankees come back and win. Then StLouis lose also.
1. StLouis -1 1/2 +120
2. Boston +103
3. Cubs/CWSox UNDER 8 1/2
pick 3 today!!!

Here's my card for today, a luke warm 1-1-1 yesterday ATS..here's what I got:
BEST BET TOTAL: Play on under 9-120 (shop this line..it's at 8 1/2 at a lot of places but I got 9). Woody is a home under machine and has really started to pitch well for the Pads. The fact that both of the first two games went over in spacious Petco leads me to beleive that Woody and Joel will throw well this afternoon. Factor in a night/day game with some regulars off and I think you'll see an easy under today:
PLAY ON UNDER 9-120 in Mariners/Padres
BEST BET SIDE: I have to roll with Pettite and the Stros facing Chan Ho and the Rangers. The Stros have one of the NL's best records at home and Pettite is finally getting some run support. In the battle of Texas..I'll take the home team based on the pitching matchup.
Roll on Stros -140 ML
BEST BET UPSET SPECIAL: I'm rolling on a triumphant return for Mark Prior. Garland has pitched well, but has gotten great run support to run his record to 12-2. Prior is a great pitcher and will be juiced for today's game. I like the Cubs to knock off Garland and the Sox today.
Play on Cubs +115 ML
Good luck all, have a great Sunday.

A horrible split on the Cutters yesterday. Not good !!!!
Moving on to today, I will take a stab at 2 plays that are nothing more than average, but hopefully will produce a little extra cash $$$
Minnesota Twinkies ML + 113
Can't see Santos and the Brew Crew keeping the Twins down in the finale. Twins as a dog always carry value.
Cleveland * Cincinnati U 9
Bat's were exploding all over the place for the Tribe yesterday and they GOTS to be tired. Harang isn't a bad pitcher and CC has been stuggling, but the Reds are the Reds.
Good Luck 2 ALL and
BET WISELY $$$$$$$

The RED HOT Bo Sox were a nice hit yesterday with Clement on the mound. Looking to stay hot with today's play on:
NY Yankees -1.5 (+105)
I'm bending my own rule on playing the RL on a home team as I "usually" only lay the -1.5 runs on the away team because of the last inning/extra inning factor, but I believe the Yanks get it done tonight on ESPN!
GL to everyone!
