WoW!! What a day$$$$ went 15-1 on my freakin bracket...and 7-1 on wagers!!! Eating right this weekend...along with some scotch of course!!!
I feel obligated to share my game of the day
Florida 77 - Ohio 71--SEC scouts say Florida (4) might be better equipped for a deep NCAA run than the past few Gator editions because of new-found toughness (much of that provided by emerging, and now seasoned, frosh class) and ability to succeed at slower pace, as squad proved by winning SEC tourney. But extending margin vs. scrappy Ohio (13) easier said than done. Bobcats own plenty of scoring options and have their own dynamite, impact frosh (G Fears & 6-8 frosh PF Leon Williams). And tough-minded MAC tourney champs on a serious late-season roll (13-2 SU last 15) and carrying flag for rugged loop dissed by Selection Committtee. Must acknowledge numerous failures recent SEC teams as NCAA chalk (9-23 in role past 4 years.

Alright Creighton really puked at the end of that game but still hit em hard!!!! On to today...
MINNESOTA -1.5 - This is a close match up but I believe Minn. prevails b/c of how well they played down the stretch especially against Indiana in the Tourney, Iowa St. really didnt have any quality wins and Minn. is just the better team here...
GT -5.5 - GT beat WF and UNC which VERY quality wins and down the stretch played like a Final Four team, GW never really showed me anything good this year the A10 was a joke so this line is kind of a joke too me I think Schenscher, Bynum, and Elder will be lights out GW just has nothing too respond too that, this is a quality bet...
VILLANOVA -5.5 - Nova is a much better team this line is really low only b/c UNM won their tourney against Utah who I think will loose to UTEP so in my mind thats not much I mean BOGUT is awesome but thats all they have and UNM showed how too contain him, if Nova gets out to an early lead they should roll with their perimeter shooting Granger cannot score 60 points so Nova will roll...
S. ILLINOIS -2.5 - SIU is a great team Brooks is a real leader and a great presence on the court, St, Mary's will not be able too stop him in my mind, a lot of people think this is a good upset but I judt don't see them keeping up... SIU beat Creighton 2x and UTEP and their schedule is just better they played better opponents, St. Mary's only quality winn was against Gonzaga who then in turn blew them out the next time they played...
I will be attending the Friday games in Worcester so will obviously bet on all 4 of those so this is what I'm taking for those:
UCF +18.5 - Like them too cover plain and simple they are a good perimeter shooting team and did beat Utah St. early in the year which is a statement, Uconn will win but not by 18...
UNCC +4.5 - My hotel is hosting these guys so I gotta root for them plus they had a great year, stumbled a bit at the end but this should be a great game, best of the 4 am really looking forward too it ...
MICHIGAN ST. -8.5 - The Spartans should absolutely steamroll these guys on strength of schedule alone not saying Colonial is a bad league but it doesn't compare to the Big 10 and ODU's schedule is just a joke when compared too MSU's...
SYRACUSE -9 - No I really wanna take Vermont b/c I love their style and swagger with Coppenrath running the show they should stay close early but Syracuse is far better and should run away with this one...

NOVA +6 Way to much talent for "MEX"! Vermont +9.5 vs Cuse who are way overrated ( 2 game season) ! Pitt well... nothing a coaching change cannot fix! Play a zone to open vs Pacific a outside shooting team? Broke my heart but not my wallet.

Won yesterday with Portland & West Virginia. Here are my NBA plays today:
1) New Jersey (-6) - Utah has played horrible basketball lately and are 1-4 ATS last 5.
2) Pacers (-4) - Lakers 3rd road game in 4 nights. Lakers 0-4 ATS last 4 and Pacers 5-2 ATS last 7 at home.
3) Memphis (-3) - Even with all their injuries, they are 6-1 ATS last 7. MN is the biggest disappointment this year going 24-41-1 ATS for the year.
Might have some NCAA later tonight, but doing much better in NBA as I have struggled with NCAA this year.

Been about .500 in NCAA's so far.
My big play for tonight is O129 Duke/Del State. Playing in Charlotte, Duke may want to put a few extra points on the board for the fans. Hoping they hit 90, even if they hit 80, Del State can hopefully get 50.
Also played a 5-point teaser with ODU (+13) and Syracuse (-3.5), even though I'd love to see the outright win by Vermont.
