Sorry for the loss on KU on my last post (that was the over that went under last wednesday). My KU record is now 8-2 ATS in the last 10 with a loss on the KU over last wednesday.
Here's my card today and a SLAM IT PLAY
Missouri VALLEY GOY:
For those of you who have been around a while, you know I love the Valley. Those who remember, we slammed UNI last year in the Semi's as my GOY and we hit in OT. Once again, my Missouri Valley GOY goes back to St. Louis for a semi final matchup.
PLAY ON CREIGHTON +1 against Wichita State.
Here's why:
Creighton is 4-0 ATS in the last four and running the table like they usually do to get in the Dance. Wichita State has been god awful. The Shockers seemed like a sure lock 4 weeks ago to make the dance, but now are on the bubble. Creighton has been running teams and playing that Dana ALtman magic the last 3 weeks to get back into NCAA Consideration. I'm on the Jays today for a number or reasons. Creighton is lights out in St. Louis and plays very well there. The Jay backers travel to this tourney every year and usually give the Jays the home court nod. Creighton has been in this position before and always comes through.
Creighton has won both matchups this year with Wichita State and match up very well with them. It's very hard to beat a team 3 times a year, but it's happening today. I said it a long time ago and I'm backing it up now. WSU, SIU< and Creighton are the class of the Valley. The reason I'm so strong on Creighton is tradition and trends and matchups. Creighton is used to playing in this spot (as is SIU) but the Shockers are in uncharted territory.
ROLL ON CREIGHTON +1 as my MO VALLEY Game of the Year.

NBA: 6-1 ATS in February...I'm rolling with 2 small for action.
Early: Dallas/Houston under 195 1/2 (3 units)
Late: Seattle/Phoenix under 228 (2 units)
College:
Mo Valley: I'm playing the under 130 in SIU/SW MO state. The Bears from Missouri know the only way to stay with Brooks and Company from Illinois is to slow it down. Watch the game and remember you heard it, SW MO will run Princeton/AFA type sets in the hopes of stopping SIU"s scoring bunches.
Big XII: as stated 8-2 in the last 10 ATS on Kansas Games. In part II of the border war, I will again roll with Mizzou (who covered in Lawrence) @ +7 against KU. What does my Jayhawks have to play for? A #1 seed? Cmon, they already clinched the Big XII regular season and we all know Okie State and KU will have to win the Big XII Post season tourney to get the #1 seed. This game might be a SU play on Mizzou, but I;ll take the points to be safe.
Out of Conference:
Call me a sucker, but I"m rolling on DUke + 71/2...in the last 10 in this series I can only remember 1 that went over 6 points. I'll take the Dukies to punk Roy (again) and UNC. UNC might win, but going back to Roy's 14 seasons at Kansas, I can personally vouch for the fact that he has all kinds of troubles going against Coach K.
I'll roll with the Dukies + 7 1/2

Bad day yesterday losing my 3 posted NCAA games. March record now 4-3 posting on here. Here are my games today so far:
1) Pistons (-3) - Kings are 3-7 ATS last 10 at home. Detroit is 10-5 ATS last 15 on the road. Detroit is 4-2-1 ATS last 7 against the Kings.
2) Creighton (+1) - Creighton is 6-1 ATS last 7 and Wichita St is 3-9 ATS last 12. Creighton beat Wichita St twice already this year including 82-68 win at Wichita St.

uh-oh... going with Detroit -3.... same as JD - better fade both of us!
Said all day Id go with Pistons as long as they were no worse than -1,-2...
but -3 is still one fg, so pushing my limits on this one.... also, other reasons to fade this pick; detroit 6 game road trip - bound to be tired, sac know all about that as they got pummelled in the same situation at miami last friday. so they'll probably try and set a high tempo pace and run em off the court...
I can find every reason to not pick detroit now that Ive placed the money on the damn game on detroit.... do i sound unsure - i am... but going with initial instincts and gut check time... also it makes sense based on the above stats.
lost 2 last night but thankfuly for me I went larger on the ML double as back up - so broke even too... sorry to anyone else though...
