Kansas is in position to make some noise and win first ever Big 12 North Division title. The Jayhawks have tremendous skill players with QB Todd Reesing (20-6 as a starter -- 65 TDs in past two seasons) and if three new O-Linemen patch in, Kansas will light-up the scoreboard. Coach Mangino is 16-8 ATS in non-conference play.  Coach Price teams are 6-3 ATS as home underdog, but UTEP is 3-9 ATS vs BCS schools.

The Miners return 8 on offense including JR QB Vittatoe who tossed 58 TDs last 2 season.  They return 2 top RBs and WR Adams.  There defense has been the sore spot allowing 37 PPG last year.  This should be a shoot-out with the Jayhawks getting the last laugh and covering the 12.
